Italian Government Bursaries :

Programme outline :
** The Italian Government Awards scholarship is offered for research/study projects that will be carried out in Italy for the 2016/17 academic year.

** Applications are open to foreign citizens and Italian citizens residents living abroad who want to pursue a study/research project at higher education Institutions within the Italian State Education and Research system.
** The scholarship duration can vary depending on the course chosen.

** Research/study projects at various degree levels.

Deadlines :
** Application deadline is 10 May 2017.

Eligibility Criteria :
Applicants must :
** Applicants must be between 18-36 years old
** Available to study in Italy for the duration of the program
** All students must meet the minimum academic requirements for entry into a similar programme at a South African university

** Courses of Higher Education in Arts, Music and Dance (AFAM); Scuola Internazionale di Liuteria di Cremona; Scuola di Alta Formazione e Studio (SAF) of the Istituto Superiore per la Conservazione ed il Restauro (ISCR); Scuola Nazionale di Cinema

** Courses of Italian language and culture
** Training/refresher courses for Teachers of Italian language
** All Online applications must be submitted by midnight (Italian time) on May 10, 2017.
