DEFY Champion the Chill Promotion

** The name of the Promotion is “Champion the Chill”.
** The Promotion commences 1 March 2017 and ends 31 May 2017.

Entrants :
** Any person participating in this promotion (“Promotion”) does so on acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

** Defy Appliances (Pty) Ltd (“Defy”), and its subsidiaries are collectively referred to as the “Promoters” in respect of the Promotion for purposes of these Terms and Conditions.
** The Promotion will run from 1 March 2017 until 31 May 2017 after which date the Promotion will automatically lapse and no further entries will be accepted.

** This Promotion is open to all South African residents and persons of the age 18 years or older, except the employees and their immediate families of the Promoters, Promoters’ advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, and outlet owners and staff.

** Winners will need to produce their ID book to validate that they are over the age of 18, and proof of residence.

Reward :
** The Reward is Defy Air Conditioners to the maximum value of R30,000 for the winner’s home, complete with free installation of each unit.
** There are six Rewards available during the promotional period.

There will be one winner drawn every two weeks during the promotional period (12 weeks) on the following dates:
** 17 March 2017
** 31 March 2017
** 19 April 2017
** 3 May 2017
** 17 May 2017
** 1 June 2017

** Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash in part or whole, and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
** Rewards cannot be exchanged for an alternative Reward and no negotiations will be entered into.

** Winners shall be notified via telephone and/or email. Participants must therefore ensure that the Promoters have their correct, updated details.
** The Promoters reserve the right to replace the offer with one of equal or greater value.

Promotion :
** In order to enter the Promotion, consumers must purchase any mid-wall Defy Air Conditioner from a participating store during the promotional period.

** The customer must then dial *120*66111#, and follow the prompts to enter.
** The cost of the USSD line is R0.60 per 60 seconds. Incorrect and/or incomplete entries will be billed.

** No entries by post or any other form will be accepted.
** Only one entry per purchase is allowed.
** Till slips must be retained for proof of purchase.
** Only three entries per CLI is permitted.

** If participants have bought more than three Defy Air Conditioners during the competition period, and wish to enter more than those three times, they may phone Cera-Lee on (031) 492 3290 to get their phone number unlocked for further entries. This will only be done upon proof of more than three legitimate purchases.

** The consumer’s entry will be withdrawn if any goods purchased in connection with the Promotion are returned by the consumer before the competition entry data file is extracted for purposes of doing the draw.
** Winners will be drawn from all valid entries received.
