Koor Mia Trading CC – Win a Mountain Bike Competition :

Competition Period :
** The Competition will commence at the opening time of the Participating Stores on 20 April 2017 and will end at the closing time of the Participating Stores on 01 June 2017 (“Competition Period”).

** No entries will be permitted after the end of the Competition Period.

Eligible entrants :
In order to be eligible for participation in this Competition, an entrant must :
** be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older;
** be a South African citizen or permanent resident and thus must be in possession of a valid South African identity document or South African passport or South African residence permit;

** be ordinarily resident in the Western Cape;
** willing to provide the Organisers with their personal information including, but not limited to, full name/s and surname mobile telephone number and e-mail address (if available);

** be willing to be identified, photographed and/or filmed (at no fee), and the aforegoing to be published in any media of the Organiser’s choice; and
** undertake to abide by these Rules and the General Promotional Competition Rules,failing which, the winner shall forfeit the prize on the grounds of ineligibility.

** Each entrant represents and warrants that by entering in or participating in this Competition, he/she has full eligibility to do so.
** The Organisers reserve the right to request proof that entrants have met any or all of these eligibility requirements.

Entry into the Competition :
1.1. To enter the Competition and stand a chance of winning the Prize (as defined below in paragraph 2.1), eligible entrants will be required to make a single purchase of R150.00 (one hundred and fifty rand) or more at any of the Participating Stores during the Competition Period (“Purchase”).

1.2. Entrants will receive a receipt (till slip) reflecting the Purchase.

1.3. The entrant will then be required to write their name, telephone number and email address on the back of their slip and place it in the entry box available in the relevant Participating Store in order to enter the lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”).

1.4. Eligible entrants may enter the Competition each time they make a single purchase at a Participating Store of R150.00 (one hundred and fifty Rand) or more during the Competition Period, by following the steps set out in paragraphs 1.1 to 1.3 above.

Nature of Prize and Prize allocation :
2.1. 1 (one) eligible winner stands the chance to win 1 (one) Mongoose TYAX29 Sport Mountain Bike to the value of R8000.00 (eight thousand rand) (“Prize(s)”) at each Participating Store. The Prize colour may differ to that shown in the promotional material relating to this Competition.

2.2. The winners will be randomly selected by means of the Lucky Draw on 08 June 2017 at KFC Franchise Office, 2nd Floor, 201 Rawoot Square Building, Corner of Klipfontein and Murton Road, Athlone, Cape Town.

2.3. The Organisers’ decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
2.4. The Competition Prizes are not transferable and the Organisers reserve the right to substitute any Prize with another prize of similar value.

Winners :
3.1. Following the Lucky Draw on 08 June 2017, the winners of the Prizes will be contacted, either telephonically or by SMS, during the period 08 June 2017 to 19 June 2017.

3.2. Where a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period in terms of clause 3.1 above, then such winner will be automatically disqualified and will forfeit the Prize. In these circumstances, a second random selection will be held where the procedure above will be repeated.

3.3. A winner shall forfeit the Prize where such winner fails to redeem his/her Prize within 3 (three) months after being notified as per clause 3.1 above or does not redeem his/her Prize as directed by the Organisers. Winners will be required to collect, at their own cost, their Prize at the premises of the relevant Participating Store.
