Online :
** You can also check your fines online via payCity.
** Should you wish to view or pay your fine by credit card register here.
** Please note that payCity is an independent site and is not controlled by Joburg.org.za website or the e-Services website.

Paying your traffic fines :
** If you are registered for paycity.co.za, you are pretty much registered for the fine payments section.
** We search all our providers for any fines that are outstanding based on your SA ID number. We will return any fine from any provider that we are connected to, where your ID is the one on the ticket.

Viewing your fines :
Pay traffic fines :
** If you select Pay traffic fines from the menu a search will be done against your ID number for all outstanding fines. By default it will only show payable fines. If for some reason, you would like to see all your fines, both paid and unpaid, you will need to toggle the Only display payable checkbox.

Fines for ID’s added :
** If you have more than one SA ID associated to your account (more on how to do that later) or you are a proxy for a company, you can click on the “fines for ID’s added” option on the left hand menu, and select all the ID’s and Proxy’s that you would like to have displayed.

The “Order By” filters :
** These filters let you choose how to display the information on your fines. You may sort your fines by Notice Number, Date, Amount, Municipality or by Vehicle Registration. This is helpful if you are a company proxy, or if you have multiple vehicles that are on your SA ID. You may also choose to have the sort order in a ascending or descending manner.

** Should you wish to add another SA ID to your profile, say for example, your daughter’s SA ID number, as you want to pay her fine, you can request that an additional ID number gets added to your profile.

** You do this by going to “My User Details”, then “Additional Info”. There you can click on the “Add South African ID” link under the “Request additional ID Number to pay traffic infringements” section. Click on the link and enter a valid SA ID number. This will send an instruction to the support team to authorize this ID for you. Once it is authorized, you can view and pay fines on this ID number as well.
