Namibia Promotion Terms & Conditions :

** The promoter is Lucky Star (“The Promoter”).

** The promotion is open to all Namibian residents in possession of a valid identity document, except any director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Promoter, CIC (Pty) Ltd, the marketing service providers or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

** All information relating to this Competition and published on a website Lucky Star (“Lucky Star or “The Promoter”) (.luckystar.co.za) on any promotional or advertising material, forms part of the terms and conditions of this Competition (“Rules”).

** By entering the Competition and/or accepting any prize, all entrants and winners agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Rules”).

** This promotional competition is open from 15th August 2016 and ends at midnight on the 31st October 2016.
** Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
** The promotion is open to all Namibian Residents who are 18 years and older.

** To enter and stand a chance to win your share of N$ 100,000.00, one of the following prizes, consumers are required to purchase 2 or more Lucky Star Products;
** (a) using a cell phone, sms “LUCKY STAR”, receipt number and last 4 digits of barcode on the can to 65556;
** (b) Proof of purchase to be retained for prize redemption.

Prizes are :
** Grand Prize selections at the end of competition period; 2 x N$ 10,000.00 and 4 x N$ 5,000.00 – Weekly prizes of x 5 N$ 1,000.00 for 12 weekly draws.
** All winners will be randomly pre-selected via secure independently verified computer system and winners will be informed telephonically.

** If your time entry matches exactly the winning moment slot then you will be guaranteed to win.
** Although all prizes are available to be won, they may not all be claimed.
** All prizes will be paid into the winners Namibian bank accounts via EFT.

** SMS cost N$ 1.00 across both networks.
** All winners will be required to provide their Names, ID numbers, Contact details & Proof of Purchase and may be required to sign acknowledgement of receipt of prize.

** The winners of the weekly prize draw will be randomly selected and winners will be notified telephonically within one week of the selection having taken place.
** A maximum of 5 entries per cell phone number per day, up to a maximum of 20 for the duration of the promotional period.

** Only 1 winner per cell phone number and/or household.
** The prize winner is the primary user of the cell phone number, and not necessarily the registered owner in terms of RICA.

** Any prize not taken up for any reason within 14 days of notification will be forfeited.
** The name of the winner, once contacted, will be published on the Lucky Star website and the prize and winners’ names may, with permission from the winner, be used for digital marketing.
