Thrive Smart Shopper Competition Rules :

** This promotional competition opens on 26 September 2016 and closes on 20 November 2016.

The prize :
** One (1) family weekend holiday for four (4) people including two (2) adults and two (2) children under the age of twelve (12) to the Sun City Lost City to the value of fifty thousand Rand (R50 000).

The prize includes :
** Return flights from all mainline airports DBN, CPT, Bloem, PE etc to Johannesburg for the winner and three (3) people including a total of two (2) adults and two (2) children under the age of twelve (12).

** Car hire for 4 days to drive to Sun City Sun International.
** Accommodation for 3 nights in a family room at the Palace of the Lost City for two (2) adults and two (2) children under the age of twelve (12).
** Daily breakfast.

** One (1) meal voucher for four (4) people to the value of two thousand Rand to be redeemed throughout the weekend (R 2000).
** Entrance to the Valley of the Waves for four 4 people including two (2) adults and two (2) children under age twelve (12).
** One (1) Morning or afternoon game drive for four (4) people.

** Golf- 18 holes- Includes halfway house lunch, golf cart sharing and a strokesaver for two (2) adults.
** Family Drumming session.
** Family photoshoot for 1 day whilst on the holiday.
** One (1) winner in total.

** Prize must be redeemed before 28 February 2017.
** In the event of the winner not being able to redeem the prize, Premier shall not be liable, nor shall Premier reschedule the prize.
** Should the winner not be available to attend the holiday before 28 February 2017 he/she will automatically forfeit the prize, and it will be awarded to the next person in the random draw.

** Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other prizes If the winner’s family exceeds a family of 4 (worked on the base of two (2) adults and two (2) children aged twelve (12)) and exceeds the cost of fifty thousand Rand (R50 000) the winner will be liable for any expenses above fifty thousand Rand (R50 000).

In order to qualify as an entrant for this promotional competition :
** the entrant must live in the Republic of South Africa;
** the entrant must provide correct and full personal details, as required; and

** the entrant must be 18 years old or older.
** the entrant cannot be a juristic entity and must be an individual;
** The competition is open to all registered Pick n Pay Smart Shoppers

To enter the promotional competition, the entrant must :
** Purchase any 500g pack of new Thrive multi-grain high-protein cereal and swipe their Smart Shopper card for automatic entry.
** Participants may enter the promotional competition as many times as they wish.

Selection Of Winners :
** Winners will be selected within four weeks of the competition closure date (this date is subject to change without notice).

** Entrants to whom prizes will be awarded will be selected through a random draw.
** Winners will be contacted via email or telephonically within four weeks of the competition closure date (this date is subject to change without notice).

** Pick n Pay and Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to disqualify a winner if he/she does not respond to the email or telephone call within one week of winner selection and randomly select a replacement winner from the competition entries.

** In such circumstances, the replacement winner shall be contacted via email or telephonically by Pick n Pay as soon as reasonably practicable and shall be required to respond to Pick n Pay in the manner set out in such correspondence.

** In the event that the replacement winner fails to respond to Pick n Pay as required, then the provisions of this clause shall apply to that new winner in the same way as if he/she were the original winner.
** If the selected winner does not have any contact details a redraw will need to take place immediately.
