Job Description :
** Reporting to Regional Technical Manager (Asia Pacific)
** Customer facing position managing Shell Marine Lubricants customers
** Directly responsible for managing technical services to end customer which includes RLA, Lube Monitor, Lube Coach etc

** Support to win new business or increase in wallet share, as part of “hunting together” and contribute to profitable growth of marine lubricant business
** Deliver strong technical customer experience through problem solving and implement services as key differentiator to generate revenue.
** Develop and empower distributor technical staff
** Champion HSSE for marine
** Onsite visit including shipyards and vessels

Requirements :
** Class 5 Engineers Certificate of Competency (Steam and/or Motor)
** Relevant technical experience which would include practical experience in the operation and maintenance of machinery plant, preferably gained in a marine or power generation environment, or as OEM service engineer

** Proven analytical skills
** Proven ability to communicate effectively in a virtual environment
** Strong verbal and written capacity of Local and English language
