How To Register For Old Mutual Self Service?

Self Service :
** Old Mutual’s suite of internet-based self-help services offers the most convenient way to obtain and manage your portfolio, retirement scheme and investment information.

** Different self-service options are available for retirement scheme members, intermediaries and employers.
** SELF-SERVICE is free. Go ahead and register.

How to register for self service :
** Please call 0860 20 30 40 for your Client ID. You will be asked for your initials, surname and identity number.
** Click on the orange Login button in the top right hand corner;
** Click on Register for a service;
** Complete all your personal details;
** Tick all the applicable boxes (to accept terms and conditions and apply to see your Old Mutual portfolio of products);
** Create a username and password. Request an SMS code.
** Insert the code received via SMS into the website and confirm your cellphone number.

Which service do you need to apply for after logging into Secure Services?
If you are :
** A member of Old Mutual SuperFund, click on Client Services, select Retirement Scheme Administration and enter your Client ID.

** An intermediary accredited for Old Mutual SuperFund, click on Intermediary, click on MyClient, select MyClient (Intermediary for Corporate Business) and enter your sales code.
** An employer invested with Old Mutual SuperFund, select Retirement Scheme Administration and enter your Client ID.

What You Can Do In Self-Service?

Member Self Service :
** Log into Secure Services and select the Retirement Scheme Administration role.

Here you can :
** View your accumulated credit;
** View your account statement;
** View your benefit statement;
** Download housing surety quotation letters;
** Download benefit quotation letters;
** View your claim status;
** Switch between investment funds;
** Manage your beneficiaries; and more.

MyPortfolio :
** Log into Secure Services and select the MyPortfolio role.

Here you can :
** View your retirement scheme accumulated credit;
** View details of other Old Mutual products.

Old Mutual App :
** Visit .oldmutualapp.com via your phone browser and click on go.
** Download the App for your operating system.
** Login to MyPortfolio with your website credentials.

Here you can :
** View your retirement scheme accumulated credit;
** View details of other Old Mutual products.

Intermediary self service :
** Log into Secure Services and select the MyClient (Intermediary for Corporate Business) role.

Here you can :
** View information about all your clients;
** View the SuperFund payroll dashboard;
** View information about all your clients;
** Get current New Business & Claims reports;
** Get scheme reports;
** Get member reports (MBSs, etc);
** Submit bulk report requests; and more.

Employer Self Service :
** Select the Retirement Scheme Administration role.

Here you can :
** View information about your scheme(s);
** View the status of pay points;
** Get a current claims status report;
** Search for a member of the scheme;
** Get member reports (MBSs);
** Get information about your members; and more.
