    I got to truworths maponya to buy a gift for my wife,then i went to their jewellery department and a friendly Lady by the name of mimi, came to assist me, it was soo nice to be assisted by a woman on women’s day, i did not even have any difficulties with choosing the gift because the Lady who assisted me has a good taste with jewellery, and she knew her stock, and i got all 4 of my beautiful gifts, and when i got to the cash desk my account had an error, but they were patient with me and called head office then i was able to buy, then zinhle at the cash desk helped me to write sweet messages on my gift cards for my wife, their service was exceptional, the best experience of my life, i am definitely coming back to truworths maponya, keep it up guys.     Hi i tryed to call thruworths but no reply thy cant help me i ask for my amoumt outstading so i can pay the account full amout but thy tel me my account handed over we u fone the people the account is handed over to thy say account not wit them so wat do i do i would like to pay the account qnd use it again due to covid i lost job but back nw.

    Hi Truworths. Can you please bring back the padded butt underwear. Years ago I purchased 2 at your store and it was the perfect fit. I’ve since bought from other outlets but it just does not compare to the quality and fit I bought from Truworths so can you please reintroduce the padded butt underwear in your stores please. I always look for them when I’m in store but to my disappointment I have not been able to find it in any of the Truworths stores I visit. Please!

    I had the worst ever experience at Cape Gate Branch on Friday

    After the cashier cashed my goods up and put it in a bag it was discovered that my account was blocked
    it was a humiliating experience as I have an account with Truworths for more then 40 yeard
    I had my ID and Truworths card but that could not solve the problem as someone at the HO had to ask me some security questions:
    I faild the test as I could not remember the things I was ask about policies that I cancelled etc. Based on the last two years.
    We were in lock down but some of us still manage to be loyal and honor our debtors an so many things changed during Covid and the questions were based on the last 2 years.

    A reasonable question to me would be ‘ Have you ever not paid your account in the last 40 years – Positively No!!

    Nobody could assist me to solve the problem- a manager was supposed to phone that afternoon Im still waiting

    The branch manager / suppervisor could Identify me positively with my ID but had no authority- a most humiliating situation ever in my life…

    I settled my account 3 weeks ago so it was not as if I didnt use my account reasondly.

    I can still not believe what happened to me after all these years of believing in having a good name is beneficial to you.

    Shocking!!

    Potchefstroom Mooirivier Mall. I bought a phone at the store above and the phone automatically goes to safe mode when I start using it. I took it back to the store and they gave me the new one but the new one did exactly the same.

    When I go back to the store they refusing to take back the phone because according to them there is nothing wrong with the phone.I ended up leaving the phone by the store with the receipts and everything because How must I pay for something not Useful to me? Please advice😭

    My mother bought shoes for my twins and gave us with a slip. the store will not change the shoe size despite us having a slip. You demand that she comes in person. why cant you call her to verify. She leaves 40km from here in the villages and we have to return to pick her up. This does not make sense if the store can call her to verify her details and also get authorisation.

    I tried to phone Thruworths Green acress as the number i have on my till slip.BUT THAT NUMBER DOESNT EXIST!!!!!I PHONED HEASOFFICES 4 TIMES WITHOUT ANY LUCK….REALLY I ASK THE LAFY TO PHONE ME BACK WITH THE CORRECY NUMBER …STILL WAITING !!!!!!I am a client for many years now this BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!You can’t even update your branches new numbers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
