Ubank Score More Moola – Eezisave Competition

** These rules pertain to the Score more Moola, Eezisave competition.
** All people entering this promotional competition (the entrants) agree that these competition rules as set out in these terms and conditions are binding on them.

** A copy of these rules is available at all Ubank branches (from 24 June, at 08h00) as well as on the Ubank Website (.ubank.co.za).

** The organiser of this promotional competition is Ubank. (For purposes of this promotional competition “Ubank” means Ubank Ltd, Registration Number 2000/013541/06, (all subsidiaries and associates of the Ubank and the ultimate holding company of the Ubank, its subsidiaries and associates.)

** The entrant acknowledges that he/she has been given enough time to read these terms and conditions.
** The entrant is aware of all the terms.RULES OF THE COMPETITION
** This promotional competition starts on 24 May and ends on 31 July 2017.

In order to qualify as an entrant in the Score more Moola, Eezisave competition:
** the entrant must open a new Eezisave account with a deposit of a minimum of R100 (one hundred)
** the Eezisave account must be linked to a debit card and not a savings book

** Those entrants who meet the above criteria will be given an opportunity to pick a cash voucher out of the competition box in the branch. They will also be automatically entered into the R10 000 (ten hundred thousand) Fixed Deposit draw for their region.

** Ubank, its directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants, the suppliers of goods or services in connection with this promotional competition and their respective spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members are not permitted to participate in this promotional competition.

The prizes are as follows :
** Entrants who qualify to enter the competition will be given the opportunity to draw a cash voucher from the competition box in the branch. The entrant could win a cash voucher valued at R50, R100, R200, R500 or R750.

** Once the entrant has drawn the cash voucher, the voucher must be given to the teller in the branch, who will deposit the value of the voucher directly into the entrant’s new Eezisave account. The cash from the voucher will reflect in the entrant’s account within 7 days.

** Each entrant will be given 1 (one) opportunity to draw a voucher from the competition box. The entrant may not exchange his voucher drawn, for another voucher. The entrant may not open more than 1 (one) Eezisave account during the campaign period.Cash vouchers are available as long as stocks last.

** In addition, each entrant will also be entered automatically into a regional competition to win one prize – a R10 000 (ten thousand) Fixed Deposit – per region.

The regions include : North, Freestate, Gauteng and Eastern Cape.
** The winner of each regional competition is required to keep the R10 000 prize money invested in a Fixed Deposit for a period of at least 6 months.
** Interest rates are displayed in the branches and are impacted by the Repo Rate.

The R10 000 Fixed Deposit prizes will be drawn as follows :
** The winners will be drawn randomly from all Eezisave accounts opened in each region (one winner per region), during the campaign period.
** The accounts must have been opened with a minimum balance of R100 (one hundred).
** The draw will be done by a Customer Solutions Manager (not directly linked to the campaign) and overseen by Compliance.

** The draw will take place on 10 August 2017 at 12h00 at Ubank Ltd, 1 Eglin Rd, Sunninghill, 3 Johannesburg.
** The prizewinners will be contacted telephonically during the week commencing 14 August 2017.

** If the selected winner does not answer his/her landline and/or mobile phone, Ubank will leave a message on the prizewinner’s landline or mobile phone (if possible).
** Ubank undertakes to try at least three (3) times on three (3) consecutive days to notify the prizewinners telephonically.
