The Role :
** ACN Associate Africa Careers Network (ACN) seeks to enable our network of outstanding young leaders to return to Africa and give back to their communities – a critical step in their development as agents of positive change for Africa.

** Internships also allow our young leaders to explore career options and gain exposure to industry fields.

** Our Southern African Associate will work closely with our students from the region to understand their career aspirations and ensure they are being matched with the right opportunities that will provide them with the skills and development towards their long-term goals.

** These opportunities will span across all industries including finance, sales and marketing, engineering, operations, health, education and scientific research.

Expected Responsibilities :
** Building strong relationships with partner organisations in Southern Africa to maximize career opportunities for ALA students and graduates
** Developing excellent knowledge of ALA’s Southern African students to place them in optimal opportunities

** Assisting the Southern African graduates in their careers by providing professional development support
** ACN Portal & Special projects Management
** Provide support to MCF Program at ACN
** Data analytics support to the team.

Profile Of Ideal Candidate :
** 3-4 years professional experience working with people from a wide range of ages, cultures, and backgrounds
** Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
** Experience in database management/CRM platforms
** Passionate about creating opportunities and supporting development for high-potential African youth Start Date 1 May 2017, South Africa
