Thanks SA Wholesale Trader Promotion :

1. The terms and conditions set out below (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the Thanks SA Wholesale Trader Promotion (“Promotion”) being run and administered by Pioneer Foods (“Promoter” or “us” or “we”).

2. The Promoter is Pioneer Foods [Registration Number: 1957/000634/07 with its registered office at Glacier Place, 1 Sportica Crescent Tygervalley, Bellville.]
3. The Promotion is valid only in South Africa and is open to every South African citizen that is aged 18 or over.

4. The Promotion is not open to any agencies, sales agents/ merchandisers, packaging suppliers and their immediate family members (spouses, life partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren) or their business partners, or any person who is (i) a director, member, partner, or agent of, or consultant to the Promoter or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by, the Promoter; or (ii) a supplier of goods or services in connection with the Promoter.

5. Participation in the promotion constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. All information relating to this promotion and published on any promotional material will form part of the terms and conditions of entry.

6. The promotion will run from 22 May 2017 00h00 and end on 7 July 2017 23h59. No entries received before the 22 May 2017 00h00 and after 7 July 2017 23h59 will be accepted.

7. Participants wishing to participate in the Promotion must:
7.1 Purchase R 50,000 worth of participating Pioneer Foods Power Brands products (shall include the following branded products White Star, Spekko, Sasko Flour, Sasko Bread, Imbo, Liqui Fruit, Wild Island, Bokomo Corn Flakes, Bokomo Weet Bix) from selected wholesalers nationwide during the promotion period and retain their till slip as proof of purchase

7.2 Collect a “Thanks SA” trader pack from a selected Wholesale store nationwide when making their first purchase of participating Pioneer Foods Power Brands products

7.3 Register for the promotion by sending an SMS with their Name and the name of their store to 42049 (SMS’s charged at R 1.50. Free SMS’s do not apply), and receive their unique Trader ID via SMS response, along with a WhatsApp number to use during the competition period

7.4 Put up their “Thanks SA” promotion display (“Store Display”) in their store, using the marketing material contained in their Trader Pack

7.5 Every time the Participant makes a purchase of participating Pioneer Foods Power Brands products, they need to WhatsApp a picture of their till slip, along with their unique Trader ID, to the WhatsApp number provided in their registration SMS

7.6 Every second week, the Participant must send in a picture of their Store Display, along with their unique trader ID, via the WhatsApp number provided in their registration SMS

7.7 An entry into the main draw is considered valid and complete once till slips reflecting the purchase of participating Pioneer Foods Power Brands products to the value of R 50,000 have been received, along with bi-weekly submissions of the participants Store Display

8. You stand a chance of winning your share prizes worth over R 400,000.00. The following prizes (“Vouchers”) are available:
8.1 10 x R 2,500.00 Pioneer Foods Stock Vouchers
8.2 10 x R 5,000.00 Pioneer Foods Stock Vouchers
8.3 10 x R 10,000.00 Pioneer Foods Stock Vouchers
8.4 10 x R 25,000.00 Pioneer Foods Stock Vouchers

9. All prizes will be awarded by means of an Audited computerized draw, and winners will be notified telephonically by no later than 31 July at 17h00.
9.1 Winners will be sent their stock voucher ID via SMS
9.2 Your voucher may be redeemed ONLY at the Wholesale store where you made your purchases of R 50,000.00 in Pioneer Brands Foods
9.3 The voucher may only be redeemed against the participating Pioneer Foods Brands, against the rand value of your stock voucher
9.4 The vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of receipt
