Rules :
1. This Competition (“the Competition”) is conducted by Bushveld Terrace cc (hereinafter referred to as “Bushveld Terrace”) and may only be entered into by South African residents or tourists visiting (or planning to visit) South Africa.

2. No persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, franchisees, or agents of, or consultants to Bushveld Terrace, its marketing service provider(s) utilised in connection with this Competition, any supplier of goods or services in connection with this Competition (including any promotional partners of Bushveld Terrace), any other person who directly or indirectly controls, or is controlled by it, or any spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of such persons, may enter into the Competition.

3. These Rules may be amended by reasonable notification via Bushveld Terrace’s website at any time during the Competition, and will be applied and interpreted by Bushveld Terrace and its decision regarding any disputes relating to such meaning and/or content will be final and binding.

4. Participation by the entrants in the Competition constitutes an agreement to abide by these Rules.
5. The Competition starts on 1 May 2017 and ends on 30 September 2017.

6. The Winner will be randomly selected by means of a lucky draw from the database of entries. The independent judges’ decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.

7. The prize is a choice by the winner between two options :
7.1. A four night stay for 2 people in the Marula Suite including four breakfasts for 2 people and four dinners for 2 people to the value of maximum R280 each per dinner.

7.2. A four night stay for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years of age in a Family Suite including four breakfasts for 2 adults and 2 children and four dinners for 2 adults to the value of maximum R220 each per dinner and 2 children to the value of R120 per dinner.

8. Redeeming of the prize is subject to availability and must be booked through Bushveld Terrace Reservations. The prize excludes other meals than stated, drinks, activities, transport and/or transfers and such items will be quotes for and billed additional. Standard terms and conditions and payment policy apply.

9. To enter, entrants must :
9.1 Visit the Bushveld Terrace Hotel website at .bushveldterrace.co.za,

9.2 Complete the entry form in full, including full name, email address, city of residence, mobile phone number, where you heard of the competition and the correct answer to the competition question and

9.3 Be eighteen years old or older and have a valid South African Identification document or passport from their country of origin.

10. The winners of the prizes will be randomly drawn on or before 15 October 2017 at a location to be announced. The prize will only be confirmed upon receipt by Bushveld Terrace of a copy of the valid identity document of the winner. The prize has to be redeemed by the winner or a nominated person with a valid South African ID document.

11. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash and, to the maximum extent permitted in law, Bushveld Terrace and its associated entities are not liable for any defects in the prize.
