1. Most disgusting food ever. So disappointed. Found something with the worst smell on my burger. It smells so bad, you want to vomit. I took photo’s of the food, I had to throw away. This is at McDonald’s Springs Gauteng.

2. Today, I have bought a kiddies meal and the burger buns was dry and no lettuce, no cheese, very less tomato sauce and the chips was dry and almost R50. Its alot of money for that, my child couldn’t eat. Its a 1st time having this problem, please do something about it.

    This comment serves as a COMPLIMENT for Veliswa Ntsondwa who took the initiative and extra special service in assisting me in my time of need.

    The employee works at McDonalds in Blue Route Cape Town. It was close to closing time and I needed to urgently go to the toilet as a have a condition which is called OAB – Over active bladder. This condition causes a frequent and sudden urge to urinate that may be difficult to control.

    The store was about to close and this wonderful young lady who was the only one out of all the other employees who took me seriously.

    There were a couple of employees sitting outside and I begged on of the employees to assist me as I urgently need to go pee as this was the only place that we could find close enough.

    The employee simply looked at me and turned his back. I looked at everyone else for help as I was desperate but they just made remarks under there breath and avoided any kind of eye contact with me.
    Veliswa Ntsondwa was sitting opposite the guy and upon hearing my request she was the only one who showed compassion and empathy and allowed me to use the bathroom.

    I want McDonalds Blue Management and the whole of McDonalds to recognise what this employee did for me. Not not only did she go the extra mile for me she displayed excellent customer service even outside her operating hours which makes it even more outstanding because she reflects what Mc Donalds values stands for and is the representation of what excellent customer service.

    Veliswa Ntsondwa is definetly a great asset this this company due to her compassion, professionalism, empathy and kindness. My darling you deserve all the praise because you deserve and I would all Management to know.

    This evening I waited nearly two hours for a 2 cheeseburger meal for my daughter at McDonalds Westgate Mall in Cape Town.

    The manager told me that they were short staffed but yet he never closed the store for walk-in customers or closed the drive-thru as it was quite clear that they could not handle both at the same time.

    They were doing orders randomly which resulted in customers who were there for only 10 minutes receiving their orders while others like myself was left waiting. They focused mostly on the drive-thru and the bigger orders and all the customers who had smaller orders waited and waited and waited until we spoke up and had words with the manager. At first we were blatantly ignored until we raised our voices in anger.

    As a long time loyal customer I am very disappointed in the way the matter was handled and the way we as customers were treated.

    I went Macdonald Polokwane CBD and made my order at the machine. When my order number was called o approached the counter and the was calling out orders over our food without a mask and spitting. When I complained one lady next to him inconsiderately asked whether I saw the spitting. Kindly advise them to wear a mask and avoid calling order numbers over our food.

    on 3 April 23, I bought a Cheese burger& medium shake at the McDonald’s at the BP N1 North for R 60. On 5 April 23, I bought the exact same two items at the McDonald’s in Alberton for R 67. How is this possible if this is a National Franchise?

    Disgusted with service at McDonald’s Kenilworth Cape Town waited for more that half an hour for food while more than 10 staff members were chatting away my number was on the board for 15min to collect and no food not that the place was full it was rather empty. And then the nerve of the cashier after I told her about the bad service to throw the toy on the counter

    Several times the Bellville branch sends out our order with short items.This is unacceptable,and to top it off your staff member had attitude over the phone. Her response call MR DELIVERY. These drivers pick up and drop off, they do do make up the order nor seal it. Short supply means that orders are not being checked. It is very disappointing to receive short supply and attitude from the store more than once. MCdonalds is responsible for the order not Mr delivery

    I visited macdonald brookside pmb for the first time ever,,,I was so disrespected n I wonder what happened to gud staff of McDonald’s. This is killing the business n we are buying to pay our money. We drive to come support the business. I know McDonald’s as having very gud service but this ghetto behaviou,,, pp they r employing now it a no.       I visited your shop on the 14 January 2023 in Polokwane at 15h39 . Your shop is clean and the service is ok but what make me to uncomfortable is lack of ablution facilities which were out of order ,we were told to use the garage toilets next to shop which they need you to pay . How do you expect the customers to do when nature calls ? I am writing the 2nd later in the year 2021 I found the similar situation where you consulted me and promise to address the issue . I went in 2022 indeed the situation was addressed . What is the problem with your toilet facilities ? Kindly address this issue because it irritates we love McDonald . I hope this issue with receive your urgent attention .

    yesterday I went to buy at protea glen macdonald.. I ordered 2 macfeast and two big mac’s large meals I paid 345.60 the que was very long on drive through only to get chicken and it was late when I got home I found the wrong oder of 4 chicken burgers and I doubt the money is the same

    After a long day’s work yesterday ( 05/10/2022 @ 15:58 )we stopped at the McDs in Doornfontein, Johannesburg, I usually buy there quite often, but on this occasion was served with inefficiency, disrespect and lack of empathy, as if the servers are doing the customers a Favour by serving them the correct order, all, I requested was three chili cheese fries 2 small with no jalapeno sauce and no jalapeno pieces- only nacho sauce and 1 large portion with jalapeno pieces and nacho sauce, no jalapeno sauce, I had to repeat this at the automated box at the drive thru 5 times (FIVE), I then went to the next window where I found that they got my order wrong and had to repeat it a further 3 times (THREE), so thinking that everything was correct , I paid and went to the collection window , where I waited approximately 15 minutes only to receive the incorrect order, all the chips had jalapeno sauce , which I specified 8 times before was not to be added, so I se3nt it back and waited a further 10 minutes, during that time I was spoken to very rudely by what I assume to be the manager, as if I got the order wrong and I made the customer wait!!! I have almost never received this kind of service ever from a McDonalds restaurant, in addition to this upon receiving my order, even during the mix ups and changes NO ONE APOLOGISED!!!! Please get this straight, you (McDonalds) are not doing us a favor by providing us with a service, it’s not a charitable service, we pay for everything we order from you!!! the least you could do is teach your staff proper etiquette and how to handle customers with respect and empathy at the very least. If this is not attended to , I do have my receipt, I will post this on every media channel possible, including Hello Peter.

    I bought 1 large BBQ double and apple juice.. It appears to me as of the burger was for the kiddies meal very small. I asked the lady who was serving me and she said the burger doesn’t change its only the chips and the drink that changes.. I so disappointed with macdonalds struu 😞😞for R75.50 and the is not worth the money and I love macdonalds but I think I need to move to the next burger shop

    Lunch time i went mc donalds Kenilworth my order was a big mac meal,firstly the aircon was switched of on 29degree day doors closed,secondly i found somebodies wig in my chips,the cashier gladly replaced it but my appertite was gone,after a long days work,wife dont feel like cooking i thought ok let me get mc donalds for a late supper,went to mc donalds somerset wets,somerset mall,ordered a share box and two big mc meals i believe it work out to R275,00 in total they kept my receipt,children so happy its there favourite and what happened next shocked me no sauce for nuggets,and when i told the one lady about my ordeal earlier with the hair,there was one lady who’s hair net was not covering her hair so i politely ask her to correctly put it on,she just looked at me as im an idiot,so i hope you can understand my frustration with mc donalds and i hope this wont mean that I stop eating your product my slip number was 385 if you need more info watch your
