What you need to know :
1. Tickets are only valid for the specified date and performance time and may not be upgraded, exchanged for cash or for an alternate performance.
2.The prize comprises of four show tickets per prizewinner. Please note that owing to safety regulations each person irrespective of age must have a ticket.

3. Tickets will be available for collection from the BOX OFFICE/COMPUTICKET at the venue from one hour prior to performance time, on the date of the performance.
4. No-shows or patrons who arrive late will miss participation in the cart ride and they will not be refunded.

5. By entering this competition the participant agrees to the terms and conditions.
6. The Magic Carpet Ride is only valid for two children aged 4 to 10 years on the date stipulated for this competition.

7. Parents/guardian of the prizewinning children who participate in the submarine ride must sign an indemnity form which must be collected at least 15 minutes before the show begins. We regret, if the form isn’t signed then the children cannot be accommodated on the ride.

8. Photography/video is not permitted by participants in the ride.
9. Food and drink is not permitted during the ride.

Standard Terms And Conditions :
Introduction :
** This Promotion is promoted and sponsored by Showtime Management (the “Promoter”).

General Rules :
By participating in the Promotion, a participant :
** agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions without exception; and

** who is under the age of 18 years, warrants that he/she has been duly assisted by his/her legal guardian, and that his/her legal guardian consents to the participant’s participation in the Promotion and the possession of the prize/s in the event that the participant wins such prizes. A participant who is under the age of 18 years will be disqualified from the competition if he/she is unable to prove that he/she has been duly assisted by his/her legal guardian, and that his/her legal guardian consents to his/her possession of the prize/s in the event that such participant wins such prizes.

** A participant is entitled to enter into this competition if he/she is a natural person resident in the Republic of South Africa.

** The Promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of the Promoter, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Promotion, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

** The Promotion runs from 1 June 2017 to 20 June 2017 (the “Promotion Period“). There is no fee charge for participating in the Promotion, other than the cost of accessing the Internet.

** The prizes are not exchangeable for cash and are not transferable.
** The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably, to amend the rules of the Promotion by notification at any time during the Promotion.

** The Promoter also reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any stage, and without notice if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the Promoter from continuing to conduct the Promotion.
