L’Ermitage Win the Value of You Stay Back Competition :

** This promotional competition is organised by L’Ermitage (Promoter).
** This promotion commences on 15 May 2017 and runs until 30 June 2017, all days inclusive.

** Winners will be notified by L’Ermitage via DM on Facebook and telephone on 3 June 2017.

Winners will be drawn from those who have :
** booked and stayed at L’Ermiage for a minimum of 2 (two) night stay any time between 15 May 2017 and 30 June 2017 AND
** who shared the Competition post with on Facebook between 15 May 2017 and 30 June 2017.

** In the event of a winner being disqualified in terms of these rules, a replacement winner who has met those criteria will be drawn.
** In the event that no entrants meet the competition criteria, no prize will be awarded.
** Participants may enter the Competition as many times as they want

** The winners are obligated to behave responsibly and comply with the competition rules and all reasonable requests of the promoter and its agents.
** Should any dispute arise in relation to the interpretation of the competition rules, the promoter’s decision shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.

** The competition is open to permanent residents and citizens of South Africa aged 18 (eighteen) and older in possession of a valid South African identity document or birth certificate, except any employee, director, member, partner, agent or consultant or any person directly or indirectly who controls or is controlled by the Promoter and/or immediate family.

** By entering the Competition, all participants and winners agree to be bound by these rules as interpreted by the Promoter, whose decision regarding any disputes will be final and binding.

** The Promoter reserves the right at any time without notice to amend, modify, or change these rules, ad to postpone, suspend or cancel this Competition and any Prizes (which have not yet been subject to a draw), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, or any reason which the Promoter reasonably deems necessary

** The Prizes are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with any other prize of comparable commercial value.
** Any prizes not claimed and collected within 30 days of the winners being announced maybe forfeited at the Promoter’s discretion.

The prize consists of the following:
** ** A refund to the value of the winner’s accommodation at L’Ermitage
** ** Additional costs including, but not limited to drinks, meals, transfers and other activities are not included in the prize.
