** The promoters to this promotion are Pick n Pay Retailers Pty Ltd (“Pick n Pay”) (registration number: 1973/004739/07) a company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa and having its registered address at 101 Rosmead Avenue, Kenilworth, 7708 and Eldo Coaches, a company duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa under registration number: 2012/068404/07 and with its registered address at 316 Farm, Lenasia Road R554, Eikenhof.

Rules Of The Promotion :
** This promotion opens on 12 June 2017 and closes on 30 June 2017.

The offer :
** * 10% Off Eldo Coaches bus tickets booked for travel between 12 June – 30 June 2017 at the Pick n Pay Money Counter in selected stores.
**
In order to qualify as an entrant for this promotion;
** the entrant must live in the Republic of South Africa;
** the entrant must provide correct and full personal details, as required; and
** the entrant cannot be a juristic entity and must be an individual;

To enter the promotion, the entrant must :
** Book and pay for an Eldo Coaches bus ticket at the Money Counter in selected Pick n Pay stores outlined in Annexure A.
** Book and travel between 12 June – 30 June 2017.

** Once a shopper has purchased an Eldo Coaches bus ticket, entrants understand that adherence to the Eldo Coaches terms and conditions is compulsory. They can be found at .eldocoaches.co.za/intercity-terms-conditions.html respectively.

** Pick n Pay reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as well as terminate the promotion at any time. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against Pick n Pay, its advertising agencies, advisors, suppliers and nominated agents.
