** The prize is for one winner and a partner

** The prize includes all flights, airport taxes, 7 nights hotel accommodation in Phuket with breakfast included (Specific room types cannot be provided until the hotel rooms have been booked and confirmed by us at Simply Asia for the winners therefore room type to be determined at the time of booking by Simply Asia) and return airport transfers

** The flights are return from either Cape Town International Airport or O.R. Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg or King Shaka Airport in Durban

** The prize is non-transferable and will only be given to the winner
** The 3 winners will be chosen in the first week of September 2017, and bookings need to be made by the 31st October 2017 for travel to be made by February 2018

** The prize cannot be redeemed after 31st October 2017. If the winner is unable to travel for any reason after the booking has been confirmed, the prize will be forfeited and the winner will not be able to redeem any element of the prize at a later date

** The competition is not open to: Employees of Simply Asia or affiliated companies. This includes spouses, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons previously specified.

** Entrants can apply from South Africa, Botswana or Zimbabwe

** Winners may be required to appear on our social media channels or in printed publications, for which no fee will be payable

** Entrants enter and use the prize at their own risk. Simply Asia and their travel partners cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, harm or loss as a result of entry into the competition or use of a prize

** Simply Asia reserves the right to cancel the promotion without any notice at any time, if deemed necessary in their opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of their control

** In the event of such cancellation, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they have no recourse against Simply Asia, their employees, agents, partners, sponsors or promoters

** The winners will be announced on social media. If the winners cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts to do so within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn

** The winners will be notified by email and/or telephone and social media
** The winners will receive confirmation of their prize and instructions on the trip within 1 week of being notified

** There is no cash substitute for the prize and the prize is not transferable
** The prize cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers. Simply Asia reserves the right to make changes to the prize advertised

** The winner will be chosen from all valid entries and the judges’ decision is final
** Other costs not stipulated in the conditions such as visas, additional insurance, vaccinations, additional meals, drinks, activities and spending money are not included in the prize

** The winner must hold a valid passport at the time of travel. Entrants must be 18 years or older. The winner is required to verify identity and age before receiving their prize
** By entering this prize draw, the winners agree that his/her details may be used in post-event publicity including blogs, social media, during and/or after the trip prize

Competition Entry T’S & C’S :
** Purchase any of the 11 new dishes between 5th June 2017 and 31st July 2017
** New dishes purchased on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday will qualify for a 20% discount

** The Customer may enter multiple times using the same till slip if they have purchased more than one discounted meal however, one entry card may be filled in-store and the remainder discounted dishes may enter online simplyasia.co.za/promos/
** New dishes purchased on Thursday – Sunday will not qualify for the discount and entry into this competition

In-Store Entries :
** For sit down meals purchased, you will be supplied with an entry card. Fill in your details, rate your meal, attach your till slip and place it in the entry box provided in the store. This will account for one entry to the Thailand competition

** The Customer may enter multiple times using the same till slip if they have purchased more than one discounted meal however, one entry card may be filled in-store and the remainder discounted dishes may enter online  simplyasia.co.za/promos/

** For an additional entry, take a photo of your rating card, together with your meal and till slip and upload it to the competition page simplyasia.co.za/promos/
** OR if the discounted meal is a take away, the customer may attach their bill to the entry card and insert into the entry box without rating the dish.

Takeaways :
** Place an in-store order and visit our competition page at simplyasia.co.za/promos/

** Take a photo of your meal delivered together with proof of delivery or receipt to show the dish number ordered and upload the photo to the competition page and vote for your favourite dish to enter

** The Customer may enter multiple times using the same till slip if they have purchased more than one discounted meal
** Vote to enter as many times as you like, provided you upload a different new dish and till slip or proof of delivery with each submission.

Full Prize Details :
Each winner will win a trip for 2 to Phuket, Thailand. The trip will include :
** Return flights for two to Phuket, Thailand
