KFC Hashtag Creations Air Force 1 Sneaker Competition :

** By entering this Competition and/or accepting any prize, all participants, entrants and winners agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below applicable to this Competition (“Rules”) and the Promotional Competition Rules (“General Promotional Competition Rules”) applicable to promotional competitions run by KFC Proprietary Limited and/or its agencies (collectively, the “Organisers”) from time to time, which General Promotional Competition Rules shall be read together with these Rules.

Rules :
Competition Period :
** The Competition will commence at the opening time of the Participating Stores on 6 June 2017 and will end at the closing time of the Participating Stores on 17 July 2017 (“Competition Period”).
** No entries will be permitted after the end of the Competition Period.

Eligible entrants :
In order to be eligible for participation in this Competition, an entrant must be :
** 18 (eighteen) years of age or older or, if younger than 18 (eighteen) years, be assisted to the extent necessary by a parent or legal guardian;

** be a citizen or permanent resident currently living in South Africa or a foreigner legally residing in South Africa;
** be in possession of a valid South African identity document or passport and for foreigners be in possession of a suitable identify document;

** be willing to provide the Organisers with their personal information including, but not limited to, full name/s and surname, identity number, age, physical residential address and mobile telephone number; and

** undertake to abide by these Rules and the General Promotional Competition Rules,failing which, the winner shall forfeit the prize on the grounds of ineligibility.

** Each entrant represents and warrants that by entering in or participating in this Competition, he/she has full eligibility to do so.
** The Organisers reserve the right to request proof that entrants have met these eligibility requirements.

1. Entry into the Competition :
1.1. To enter the Competition and stand a chance of winning the Prize (as defined below in paragraph 2.1), eligible entrants will be required to make a single purchase of any KFC Creations Burger, on its own or in a Creations Meal, at any of the Participating Stores during the Competition Period (“Purchase”).

1.2. Eligible entrants will receive a receipt (till slip) reflecting the Purchase, that they must keep as proof of payment for purposes of clause 3.3 below. If you are drawn as the winner, you will not be able to claim your prize without your original till receipt.

1.3. In order to enter the lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”), the eligible entrant will then be required to take and submit a creative image/photograph of themselves enjoying the Purchase, within the Participating Store’s photo booth. The eligible entrant will be required to, via SMS, dial the unique shortcode number, being 40173, and then proceed to fill in their name and store where they made the Purchase. Thereafter, the eligible entrant will receive a link where they will be required to select and access the link and upload their image/photograph.

1.4. Eligible entrants may enter the Competition each time they make a single purchase at a Participating Store of the KFC Creations Burger, on its own or in a Creations Meal, during the Competition Period, by following the steps set out in paragraphs 1.1 to 1.3 above.

2. Nature of Prize and Prize allocation :
2.1. Eligible entrants stand a chance of winning 1 (one) of 2 (two), White Air Force 1 Sneakers, which the winner can design themselves on the Nike Website using the KFC colours only, being red and white (“Prize(s)”).

2.2. The winners of the Prizes referred to in paragraph 2.1 will be selected on 25 July 2017 by means of a Lucky Draw, conducted at the offices of Siba, being in 18 Riley Road, Overport, Durban, 4091

2.3. The Organisers’ decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
2.4. The Competition Prizes are not transferable and the Organisers reserve the right to substitute any Prize with another prize of similar value.

3. Winners :
3.1. Following the Lucky Draw on 25 July 2017, the winners of the Prizes referred to in paragraph 2.2 above will be notified on 26 July 2017, via telephone that they have won a Prize.

3.2. Once winners have completed their White Air Force 1 Sneakers design on the Nike Website (as described in clause 2.1 above), delivery of the Prize will be within 3 (three) to 5 (five) weeks. The Organisers do not take any responsibility for any delayed delivery of the Prizes and/or for Prizes that do not conform with the winners’ design contemplated in clause 2.1 above.

3.3. Should the winner not redeem their Prize within 30 (thirty) days or does not redeem his/her Prize as directed by the Organisers, the Prize will be forfeited.
