1.3 This Offer starts at 00h00 on Saturday, 1 October 2016 and ends at 23h59 on Wednesday, 5 October 2016 (“Promotion Period”).

2 Who Qualifies For This Offer :
You qualify for this Offer if you meet all of the following criteria :
2.1 be 18 years of age or older;
2.2 permanently reside in the Republic of South Africa; be a member of UCount Rewards whose account is in Good Standing (as defined in the UCount Rewards terms and conditions);

2.3 you have received a communication from us about this Offer; and
2.4 you are a holder of a Standard Bank Credit Card (“Card”) whose account is in good standing

3 How To Accept The Offer :
3.1 Swipe your Card at any Incredible Store or make an online purchase using your Card during the Promotion Period.
3.2 Cash transactions, garage card purchases and purchases made using the Budget Facility are excluded from this Offer. 2016/08/23

3.3 UCount Rewards and your Card are subject to separate terms and conditions which you must comply with in addition to these terms and conditions.
3.4 You will not be able to benefit from this Offer more than once during the Promotion Period.

4 General :
4.1 We are the promoter of this Offer. Any reference to we/us/our includes our directors, members, partners, sponsors, agents or consultants, where the context allows for it.
4.2 By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4.3 These terms and conditions shall apply to this Offer and all other information relating to this Offer and on any promotional or advertising material that is published.

4.4 The UCount Rewards points that you will receive in terms of this Offer will be credited to your UCount Rewards account by no later than 30 November 2016.
4.5 We assume no liability for any services and/or advice, whether correct or incorrect, which you receive and/or pursue over and above this Offer.

4.6 We assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from a Customer’s participation in this Offer or howsoever arising (whether arising from negligence or otherwise). 4.11.2 are a full payer, meaning you settle the outstanding balance in full each month,; and

4.11.3 breach the terms and conditions applicable to your Card at any time.
4.12 In the event that you breach any or all of the provisions of clause 4.11 above, we reserve the right to recover any interest applicable to your Card from you.
