** Delivery is FREE with SassyChic.co.za provided your order meets the minimum order requirement upon checkout.
** We will arrange with our courier partner to deliver your purchased items to the place and person of your choice, to arrive on the next business day after dispatch.
** There is no delivery charge for orders of R500.00 or more.
** Should your order total be less than R500.00, a R50.00 delivery fee will be added to your purchase.
** All items in our BEAUTY section carry a R75.00 delivery fee – applicable to all carts carrying 1 or more beauty items
Clearance Items Returns
Terms & Conditions For Clearance items only:
** All clearance items are marked FINAL SALE.
** Items are sold “voetstoots”. Although every effort has been taken to ensure that products are non-defective, all clearance items are sold without warranty & guarantee of small defects like loose threads, small marks & tears.
** No clearance items are eligible for any returns.
** A returns form MUST be filled out first and foremost on our returns page.
** You can also access this form in your account orders history.
** Save for certain exceptions, and subject to certain charges, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 2002 (the “ECTA”) entitles you to cancel any sale concluded within 7 days after the date of receipt of the goods and obtain a full purchase price refund.
** Late Delivery & Shortages: If a product you have purchased is not delivered within the agreed delivery period (or where no specific period is agreed, within 30 days after having purchased the product) you are entitled to cancel such purchase on 7 days notice to SassyChic. Should a product that you have ordered be out of stock, SassyChic will notify you thereof, whereupon:
** In the event of a temporary out-of-stock situation, you shall be entitled to cancel the order and be fully refunded, or to maintain the sale subject to a later delivery date as may be agreed;
** In the event of a permanent out-of-stock situation, you shall be entitled to be fully refunded.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel an order?
Provided you have not received a confirmation email of dispatch for your order and a waybill and tracking number, you can still cancel your order. If you have indeed received your waybill and tracking number, you cannot cancel your order. Instead, you will need to wait to receive your order and then follow the returns procedures as per our website. See RETURNS POLICY.
How can I cancel an order?
If you have not received a confirmation email of dispatch for your order and a waybill or tracking number (as mentioned above), you can still cancel your order via email. Please email us on orders AT sassychic.co.za with your order number and our staff will be in touch with regards to your cancellation.
How do I pay for my order?
We have two payment options :
Payfast – When selecting this payment method, you are able to make an immediate payment using a credit card, debit card, instantEFT, bitcoin or Mobicred (layby).
Electronic Bank Transfer (EFT) – After selecting this payment method, our banking details will be emailed to you. Please note that you have 5 working days in which to make payment before your order expires.
What are SassyChic’s banking details for making an EFT?
If you have placed and order and opted for manual EFTpayment – you will receive an email with an order confirmation and our banking details. If you have not received this, please check your junk folder. If you are sure that you have not received said email, please contact us on info AT sassychic.co.za and we will send you our banking details.
Orders & Delivery
Which delivery options are available?
You can opt for courier delivery with our courier partner, or have your order delivered via the South African Post Office. Alternatively, you are also able to collect your package from our offices in Johannesburg, South Africa.
What are the delivery charges?
** There is no delivery charge for orders of R500.00 or more. Should your order total be less than R500.00, a R50.00 delivery fee will be added to your purchase.
** Deliveries via South African Post Office are also free for orders of R500.00 or more. A fee of R50.00 will be added to your purchase for order totals that are less than R500.00.
** There is a set standard fee of R75 for all orders containing 1 or more BEAUTY products.
How long do deliveries take?
** Deliveries via our courier partner typically take between 1 -5 working days. In many instances, if you’re living in one of the main city centres, orders will reach you quicker than this, usually within a day or two.
** Deliveries via South African Post Office take between 1 – 10 working days. Please keep in mind that you are able to track your parcel by using the tracking information which will be sent to you once your order is dispatched.
