I TRIED CONTACTING CUSTOMER CARE LINE FOR 7 WEEKS BUT NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH GWM BOKSBURG THE STAFF THERE IS RUDE AND WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR CAR THEY CANT ASSIST ESPECIALLY THE LADY AT RECEPTION AT REPAIRS AND SERVICES BY THE DOOR . I WENT THERE 2 MONTHS BACK FOR THE SERVICE OF MY CAR AND I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE CLUTCH MAKING NOICE , TIRE SENSOR NOT WORKING AND THE 2 BACK DOORS NOT CLOSING PROPERLY BUT I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO COME BACK TO ME ABOUT WARRANTY TO BE APPROVED OF WHICH I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW ONE CAN WAIT FOR THIS LONG FOR WARRANTY APPROVAL . I PHONED THE MANAGER MR LLEWELN AND EXPLAINED THIS ISSUE 4 WEEKS AGO AND HE TOLLED ME THEY ARE STILL WAITING FOR SOME PARTS AND HE WILL GET BACK TO ME BUT I AM THE ONE WHO ALWAYS CALLS HIM EVERYTIME FOR UPDATE .
