** Council urges Practitioners to use the Online Portal to pay their Annual Fee.
** Council launched an Online Renewal Portal in March 2017 to enable practitioners to renew annual fees online.
** We urge practitioners to use the Online Renewals Portal. Should you encounter challenges using the portal please contact the Call Centre on 012 338 9300/1 or email them the screenshot of the error message on info@hpcsa.co.za.

Some Important Information From Comments

Error / Problem:
1. It is so sad how the HPCSA staff are not doing their work. They do not respond to phone calls (or) emails sent. It is a disgrace with the type of service delivery that, we get in this so-called free and democratic country. Additionally, we pay our fees diligently and this is the type of service that we get. I really want to know who can we contact to complain.

2. I have been waiting forever for a COS letter. Fees paid and no letter. But rest assured the notice for annual fees R1570 went out on time for what since no one returns emails (or) answers calls. Queries go unanswered. How do we report this organization for non compliance?
