Main City Centers:
Estimated Delivery Times – 2 to 4 Working Days
Main city Centers are regularly travelled routes by couriers. Should you reside in a main city center be prepared for your parcel to be delivered in no time. Use your tracking code to get an E.T.A so you can be prepared you packages arrival.
Estimated Delivery Times – 3 to 5 Working Days
Regional Areas require more time for delivery as they are further out from the depot in your selected area. These routes are usually planned out by our courier to be as time efficient as possible.
These are locations which courier companies seldom travel to.
“Grey Area’s” require an agent to deliver as these are less travelled routes by courier companies. These types of deliveries usually take longer as an agent would have to be sourced for your area. These types of deliveries can take up to 7 Working Days depending on your location.
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. Our courier will only deliver to a South African street address. For deliveries outside of South Africa, please contact our customer service department during office for a confirmed quote. A signature is required on all deliveries. All items are delivered between Monday and Friday, usually between 8.00am and 17.00pm. Orders are shipped out once your payment clears and leave by 15:00 (SAST). Grey areas are routes taken less by our courier and take longer to arrive, should you reside in a grey area an estimation will be given on the arrival of your order (Subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as striking, road closure etc.
Your order will be delivered by our chosen carrier. If no-one is available to sign for the item at the delivery address when our carrier calls, a card will be left detailing how to arrange re-delivery or collect the item from the carrier.
The item will be dropped off at a ground floor location, where possible at your front door. The carrier will not be able to deliver the item via any stairs or via a lift. You will need to position the item yourself and remove the packing materials.
