Pick n Pay Express Cruise Promotional Competition :

** The Competition is organized by Simba (Proprietary) Limited and Spar Group Limited (“Promoters”), and is open to all citizens and legal residents (provided that entrant is also resident in South Africa at the time of winning and receiving any Prize herein) of South Africa, who at the time of entering the Competition are over the age of 18 (eighteen) years, and are in possession of a valid South African Identity Document (in the case of residents, must also have a valid passport.

** The Competition will run from Monday 24th October 2016 at 00:01 and will end on Sunday the 04th December 2016 at 00:00 (“Competition Duration”).

** To stand a chance of winning one of the prizes in the Competition, entrants must purchase any two Simba large bag products* (*Simba 125 g, Lay’s 125 g, Doritos 150 g, NikNaks 150 g and/or Cheese Twirls 90 g), or any two Pepsi 2 L products* (*Pepsi 2 L and/or Pepsi Max 2 L), or any combination of the two (“Participating Products”), from any participating Spar nationwide, during the Competition Duration and keep the till slip as proof of purchase for verification, then dial

** USSD is charged at 20c per 20 seconds.
** Free minutes and SMS bundles do not apply.

** Entrants are permitted to enter the Competition as many times as they wish provided they purchase the Participating Products each time during the Competition Duration and retain their till slips for each purchase.
** However, participants are only eligible for one (1) Prize under this Promotional Competition.
** Winners will be notified via USSD if they have potentially won.

** In order for possible winners’ particular entry to be confirmed as valid, Promoters will contact the possible winners via telephone or email and conduct a promotional Competition verification process.
** Once the verification process is completed successfully, winners will be contacted by the Promoters.
** Once winners have been verified, they will be notified by Promoters how and when to collect the prize.

All valid entrants stand a chance to win one (1) of the following prizes :
** 1 (one) of 100 (one hundred) Movie Ticket Packages worth R450 each, or 1 (one) of 6 (six) Gaming Console VR Sets worth R13 000 each, or 1 (one) of 77 (seventy-seven) Spar shopping vouchers worth R1 000 each.

** All prizes shall be of a make, model, color and specification at the Promoters’ discretion.
** Entrants whose entries have been drawn and have been confirmed as valid after the verification process, will be notified telephonically within 2 (two) weeks after verification and declared a winner.

** Entrants whose entries have been drawn, however their entries are found to be invalid after the verification process including but not limited to entrants / possible winners who cannot / do not provide a till slip confirming proof of purchase of the Participating Products during the Competition Duration, will be notified accordingly telephonically within 2 (two) weeks after verification.

** Entrants that do not have a valid till slip from any participating Spar confirming the purchase of the Participating Products within the Competition Duration for any reason whatsoever, will be deemed not to have qualified for the Prize.
