Once you’ve entered the information, click on ‘Request a new password’. You will notice a confirmation message stating that a new, temporary password was requested.
You should receive an email with the new, temporary password within approximately 10 minutes. Please check your junk or spam folder as well. You will need to change the temporary password the next time you log on to e-Services.
In the event of a longer delay, please wait at least 24 hours before requesting another password, as requesting too many new passwords within a short space of time could result in your username being locked. If your username does become locked, however, you will need to reset your password.
