How To Track HomeChoice Order?

You will be notified of your parcel number via SMS with a link to track your order when your order has left our distribution centre. Follow the below steps to track HomeChoice order online.

1. How do I open a homechoice account?
It’s quick and easy! All you have to do is register and we’ll do the rest so you can start shopping for the things you love. Did you know that having a homechoice account means you qualify for death, disability and retrenchment benefits? Well, now you do.

Register by clicking on ‘Login / Register’ and follow the steps provided OR contact our call centre on 0861 466 324 (South Africa) or +27 21 680 1300 (outside South Africa) to speak to a friendly agent.

You’ll need the following:
** Your ID number;
** Address and contact details;
** Employment details;
** Monthly income and expenses.

Once you’ve registered, we will do a quick credit check to see if you qualify for a homechoice credit facility account. Credit regulations require you to confirm your income and expenses by sending us 1 month’s recent salary slips, bank statement or a completed proof of income form.

2. How much credit do I have available?
You can check your credit limit in any of the following ways:
1.** Sign into your online account at Your available credit limit will appear at the top of the page, next to your name.
2.** Dial Kwikserve on *134*466324# from your cellphone.
** Enter your 4-digit PIN.
** Select option 2. Account query.
** Select option 1. How much can I spend?

3. When will you start billing me?
We will start billing you after your parcel has been dispatched. If you are being billed for a product that you haven’t received yet, please contact our call centre on 0861 466 324 (South Africa) or +27 21 680 1300 (outside South Africa) for further assistance.

4. Can I change my password online?
Yes. This is how:
** Click on ‘Log in or Register’.
** Click on either ‘Log in with your phone number’ or ‘Log in with your email address’.
** Click on ‘Forgot Password?’

Your account is a secure environment that is protected by your password. As long as you keep your password safe, no one will be able to log in and view your information.

Tips on how to keep your password safe:
** Use a password that is easy to remember but difficult to copy by adding symbols, numbers and capital letters.
** Change your password every 3 months.
** Never share your password with anyone!

5. How do I request the deletion of my personal information?
In order for us to delete your records with us, please click here to download the account deletion form. Once completed and signed, you can forward it to with ‘delete account’ in the subject line. Please also provide us with your account number. You can also call our customer service line at 0861 999 635 for further queries or to follow up on your request.
