Returns, Refunds and Defective Deliveries :
What is your returns policy?
** If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason and you wish to return it, you may do so within 30 days.
** The goods must be in their original condition and packaging.

 

** For hygiene reasons we do not accept return of toiletries, cosmetics and perishable foodstuffs.

** Cellular telephones, tablets, laptops and certain related merchandise are also covered by a separate policy (which can be found under our Terms & Conditions in the section labeled “specific terms for cellular telephones, tablets, computers and laptops”.

Returns can be made in the following ways :
** You may return the goods for FREE to your closest store with the invoice and/or returns form.

** You must return the goods to the store from which the goods originate e.g. @home goods must be returned to any @home store).This is with the exception of hi goods, which can be returned to any hi or Foschini store in SA.

** You can contact us on 0861 111 761 or email us at onlineshop AT tfg.co.za and we will arrange a courier to collect the item from you within 3-10 working days for FREE.

** Just complete the form that comes with your delivery, fill in a reason, and pack the goods plus the returns form into the original packaging.

How can I check my eGift Card balance?
You can check your eGift Card balance by contacting our Customer Services Department on 0860 576 576 OR you can check it online in the following ways:

** Search “eGift Card Balance”
** Click on the “Buy an eGift Card” link in the footer on any TFG online store and scroll down to “WANT TO CHECK YOUR EGIFT CARD BALANCE?”.

** Click on “Check eGift Card balance” button On the “eGift Card Balance” page, enter your 12 digit eGift Card number.
** Enter the iCaptcha request, and get your balance.

1. I bought 2 track pants at Sportscene Keywest. I was told that, the transaction on their site didn’t go through but my site it shows, that payment has been done its been 2 weeks. Now still I don’t have the pants that I bought & they haven’t yet reverse the money so, please I need advice what is it that I need to do? I am really disappointed by this treatment.

2. I would like to compliment the staff from sport scene in East London. I went there 3 times since they opened that new shop. The amazing service from when you enter the store the person standing by the door, floor, tills up until you leave. Guys keep up the good work.

3. I am so disappointed with Sportscene as I bought items 2/3 weeks ago at Pretoria CBD and I was informed to pay only R300 as the TFG is compensating me for being a loyal so meaning that, my next installment will be higher than the normal one and I agreed to that. One of the items did not fit me and I went to a different store in Menlyn and tried to exchange the item to my surprise I was told that, I need to pay R600 but how possible is that as I pay the installments on the last day of the month, I asked the manager to reverse the transaction and give me the item back and he said they cannot as they took the money for the item and paid the due installment.

4. I feel betrayed and I think they sold me dreams because the exchanging of the item costs me to loose the item. I hope this matter will reach the higher powers as I need feedback on the kind of service you give to customers.

    I bought a Samsung A24 at Sportscene Golden arch mall Cape Town, I created a pattern, then when I unlocked my phone the line I created doesn’t go through till phone gave me hours, I took the phone back cz I just use it for 3 days. they send the phone to their Technician,I wait for a month no update till I go back again they do follow up the guys said I must send them R750 to unlock the pattern I send the money and proof, I waited for a week till I go back again to find out how far is my phone. they said Technician can’t unlock the phone, I wrote email, I said he must send it back I will make a plan it’s been a long time waiting for my phone, I got my phone problem now they don’t give me my R750 till now. they create stories but phone still locked brand new Samsung a24 from Big company I can’t even look at that Sportscene right now, they don’t care how I feel. I’m so hurt cause the phone still under warranty besides I need my R750 now.

    I opened an account at sports scene and l was given sneaker cleaners which I didn’t ask for and now l am told l should pay R700 for these things…And when l opened the ACC they didn’t ask for my payslip and they saw l am a school child…l am not paying for these things if they want them back l have them they must come and get it…

    Our family of 4 arrived at Sportscene in Mall of Africa in the afternoon looking for snickers.

    The moment we arrive in the shop, 2 males working in the store looked at us and embarked on making fun of the little boy we were with, how he was wearing clothes bought in Johannesburg central right in my face. How disgusting is that?

    I asked one of them what was wrong with jeans the child is wearing? He said to me in this store we are a fan of jordan sarcastically. The behavour was by no means admiring the clothing the child had on.

    It’s obvious, they have no back ground of customer service or even offered one by this organisation.

    It is without a doubt that Sportscene is a lousy company with lack of aknowledgement of who a customer is.

    We arrived at their store, immidiately we are undermined, made fun of, and no one greet us or offered to assist us on anything we want.

    Sportscene is indeed a company with poor culture and no values. I will remember not to visit this shop again and I will refer friends, family and colleagues to my experience

    good day. i am one of your loyal customers in tzaneen. i have visited sportcene tzaneen mall 3 times in 3weeks. i was buying for my children. i was very disapointed with the condition in the store. it was extremely hot. there is no aircondioner or the fan. my son had to go for fitting room when he came out he was seating like hell.. the condition is unbearable. please .. fix this problem as you know that is a very hot place..
