Eligibility of Samsung Galaxy Ring Members Competition

All participants must be:
1. Citizens of the Republic of South Africa and/or a legal residents of the Republic of South Africa;
2. Residing in the Republic of South Africa at the date of the commencement of the Competition Period;
3. Natural persons and at least 18 years old at the date of the commencement of the Competition Period.

How To Enter in the Samsung Galaxy Ring Members Competition?

1. In order to gain entry into the Competition, the participant must:
** Comment with a catchphrase for the Galaxy Ring on the Samsung Members community page, which catchphrase must be no longer than 150 characters and must include the hashtag #GalaxyRing (for example: Welcome to the new era of AI-powered health with #GalaxyRing);
** Complete the competition form on the Samsung Members community page and provide their name, surname, cellphone number and link to their entry post.

2. Entry to this Competition does not make a participant a winner.
3. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete entries or entries which are lost, misdirected, illegible, late, mutilated or altered. Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified
4. Errors and omission may be accepted at the Organiser’s discretion. Failure by the Organiser to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5. Any entries that have not been received by 11 May 2025 (23h59) will be null and void and the participant will not be entered into the Competition.
6. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that any information which is provided to the Organiser is accurate, complete and up to date.

Prizes of Samsung Galaxy Ring Members Competition

1. The draw for the Prize will take place in accordance with the provisions of clause.
2. The Competition will afford participants, who have complied with the provisions of clause, an opportunity to be entered into a lucky draw to stand a chance to win one Samsung Galaxy Ring (“Prize”).
3. The Organiser reserves the right to change the Prize should they deem necessary, to a prize of similar economic value.
4. The Prize is not transferable and no substitution, cash redemption or assignment of the Prize is permitted.
5. The Prize may differ from that shown on the promotional material with regard to colour and specifications.
6. Any and all tax implications and liabilities as a result of winning the Prize will be solely borne by the winner.

Draw:
1. The lucky draw for the Competition will be held by the Organiser on 30th May 2025.
2. The draw will be supervised by an independent auditor, registered accountant, attorney or advocate.
3. A participant selected as a winner who does not comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions will forfeit the Prize.
4. Once a participant is selected as a winner, they will be contacted by the Organiser via the contact details provided in the competition form and requested to furnish a copy of their identification document or any other documentation, which the Organiser may require, in order to verify their identity and confirm that they have complied with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
5. In the event that the verification is successful and the Organiser is satisfied that the participant complies with these Terms and Conditions, the Organiser will forward further communication to the winner to confirm that they are a winner and provide details regarding the delivery of the Prize.
6. The Organiser shall in its sole discretion determine the time period for a Prize to be claimed or for delivery to be accepted.
7. In the event that a winner is unreachable within a period of 10 business days from the applicable draw date, ineligible or fails to claim or accept the Prize, the Prize shall be forfeited and another winner will be drawn by the Organiser.
