Standard :
** This basic, free delivery takes between 1-4 working days, between 8:00am-5:00pm.

Saturday :
** We offer a convenient Saturday delivery service in main centres, provided you place and pay your order by 11:00pm the Friday evening.
Cost: R0

Sunday :
** A Sunday delivery option is available in main centres, provided you place and pay your order by 11:00pm the Saturday evening.
Cost: R0

Next Day :
** Next Day delivery allows you to request delivery of your purchase for the next business day. (Saturdays are not considered a business day.)
Cost: From R40*

Same Day :
** Same Day delivery is available for deliveries to Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town.
** To qualify for this option, your order needs to be placed and confirmed by 11:00am on the day of purchase.
Cost: R50

    I received and email stating that I recieved my parcel and I didn’t cause the estimated time is 27May2021 and I didn’t get any sms stating that I should collect

    I am trying to log a return and now have to add a picture of the items but this system wont allow for this! I called the call centre and despite telling them that the image I am uploading keeps getting a message that the “image is not clear enough”, I was advised I had to do this and that all they could do was advise their tech department Dont think I will purchase from Superbalist again if this is the level of customer service.

    On my order confirmation, it stated that I will receive my order by 29/11/2018, however when I tracked my order yesterday the status read “awaiting parcel”, so my order was not even processed yet! You did not inform me about the delay, and even when I checked it today it still says the same thing. I emailed and called, with no success and no answer! How are you going to solve this matter?

    I placed an order and made a payment on Tuesday, 3/07/2018. I bank with Standard and I understand that it usually takes about 3 days for payments to clear. It’s the third day today and my status still says “awaiting payment”. Would you kindly assist.

    PLEASE BE ADVISED MY 4 PAIRS OF SHOES WAS COLLECTED ON 21ST DECEMBER 2017 BY YOUR COURIER. I DON’T HAVE THE SHOES IN MY POSSESSION. I HAVE CAMERAS AROUND MY PROPERTY. SO IT WOULD BE EASY TO SEE WHICH COURIER PICKED UP MY BOX.

      Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code and an SMS with a PIN number. You can collect your order by showing the QR sent by email or by bringing valid proof of ID and the PIN number sent by SMS.
