** This basic, free delivery takes between 1-4 working days, between 8:00am-5:00pm.

Saturday :
** We offer a convenient Saturday delivery service in main centres, provided you place and pay your order by 11:00pm the Friday evening.
Cost: R0

Sunday :
** A Sunday delivery option is available in main centres, provided you place and pay your order by 11:00pm the Saturday evening.
Cost: R0

Next Day :
** Next Day delivery allows you to request delivery of your purchase for the next business day. (Saturdays are not considered a business day.)
Cost: From R40*

Same Day :
** Same Day delivery is available for deliveries to Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town.
** To qualify for this option, your order needs to be placed and confirmed by 11:00am on the day of purchase.

Some Important Information From Comments

1. The service I just received from Superbalist. My order has not even left Cape Town and the delivery date is scheduled for the 30th of May. I can’t contact them over weekends (or) public holidays. Do not give a delivery date you cannot stick too.

2. I am trying to log a return and now have to add a picture of the items but this system wont allow for this. I called the call centre and despite telling them that, the image I am uploading keeps getting a message that the “image is not clear enough”, I was advised I had to do this and that all they could do was advise their tech department. Don’t think I will purchase from Superbalist again. If this is the level of customer service.

3. On my order confirmation, it stated that I will receive my order on next week, however when I tracked my order yesterday the status read “awaiting parcel”, so my order was not even processed yet! You did not inform me about the delay, and even when I checked it today, it still says the same thing. I emailed and called, with no success and no answer! How are you going to solve this matter?

    superbalist.com can be very disappointing I bought boots they wer available at the time now I received a msg and email stating that the particular item will refunded without my concern I’m waiting only to get a disappointing msg saying only 2 items will b delivered not the shoes I go to the site that very same boots is still available in my size not 1 but 2 are still der so I dnt understand the reason for them to refund my item wer else the item is still available they selling it to others I’m passed bcoz its been days now I should expect short items bcoz of their unprofessionalsm

    I brought sneakers two mnths ago and the order was canceled before delivery,ok,now its been2 good mnths waiting for my refund I have sent emails ,calls etc you can name them all,I dnt know wat service do they provide thy are service is very very back or it’s a fraud stealing month from people,Superbalist we work so hard for this money dnt steal from us,I still want my money in order till today,,,,,,,,
