Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods :
** All of our products are shipped via a courier service.
** If you would rather like your order sent via the South African Post Office, get in touch with us at info AT monoshop.co.za and we will happily assist you.
Courier Costs :
** Because we have a wide variety of products that differ in size and weight, we don’t have a flat shipping rate for all of our products.
** Instead, our products are grouped into classes according to how much shipping will cost. Shipping costs apply per order (not per product) and are the same, regardless of where in South Africa you are located.
** You will only be charged for the most expensive shipping class in your order.
Bank Deposit or EFT
** If you choose this method, you will receive an invoice (via email) upon the completion of your order containing the details of your order and our banking details.
** We will only start processing your order after the full payment reflects in our bank account. If we don’t see your payment in our account after five business days, we will cancel your order.
** If you are concerned that it may take longer for your payment to reflect, send your proof of payment to orders AT monoshop.co.za, and we won’t cancel your order.
** Please note that we will still only process your order once we receive your payment in our account as an EFT payment.
** We do NOT accept cheque payments.
