** This promotional competition is in no way endorsed or administered by Dis-Chem Pharmacies. All questions or complaints regarding the competition must be directed to info AT vandykpharma.co.za.

** The promotional competition is exclusive to Dis-Chem stores across South Africa and runs for the period between 1 November and 31 December 2016. After this date, no further entries will be permitted.

** To qualify for this promotional competition, you must be 18 years or older, residing in South Africa and be registered for the Dischem Loyalty Benefits.
** Entry into the promotional competition is automatic upon swiping your Dis-Chem Loyalty Benefit card for the the purchase of any of the Xeroderm sunscreens.

You must purchase any of the following :
** Xeroderm SPF 30; or
** Xeroderm SPF 30 Water Resistant; or
** Xeroderm SPF 40; or
** Baby and Kids Xeroderm SPF 40 products.

** The more Xeroderm sunscreen products you purchase, for which you swipe your Dis-Chem Loyalty Benefits card, the more entries you will receive into the promotional competition.

** The following groups are excluded from this promotional competition: All employees, suppliers and associates, and their immediate families of Dis-Chem Pharmacies, Van Dyk Pharmaceuticals Products, Prana Business Consulting (Pty) Limited, On Shelf Pharma (Pty) Ltd.

** Van Dyk Pharma is not liable for the failure of any technical element relating to this promotional competition that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.

** Prizes include either a braai set or a patio set, each valued at R5 000. Four winners will be selected via a random draw and each winner will only receive one prize to the value of R5000. Prizes are awarded at the discretion of Van Dyk Pharma and winners may not select which of the prize options they prefer.

** Prizes may not be redeemed for cash or refunded. Prizes are subject to availability and Van Dyk Pharma reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equivalent value, without giving notice. The awarding of the prize is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

** The winners will be announced on the 20 January 2017 before 6pm on Facebook and on the website .epizoneskin.co.za. The names of the winners will be published on the respective sites. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a new winner.

** Winners will be contacted via email or telephone and will be asked to provide a physical address for the delivery of the prize. The prize will be sent by courier to the physical address.

** Winners may grant Van Dyk Pharma the right to use images, statements and information for advertising, marketing and promotional purposes. Winners shall at all times be entitled to decline to participate in marketing events. Winners who take part in any publicity will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for such publicity or otherwise. All publicity and other materials will be the sole property of Van Dyk Pharma.
