** Ackermans A.Rewards customers who reply to an SMS they have received giving Ackermans marketing permission will automatically receive either R5 or R10 airtime sent to their email address. The amount of airtime will vary based on the content of the SMS sent.
** By taking up this offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
** The offer is open to specific Ackermans A. Reward customers within the Republic of South Africa.

You are not eligible to participate in this competition if :
** a. You are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Pepkor Group of companies, its affiliates/divisions/subsidiaries or any other person who supplies goods or services in connection with the competition;

** b. You are a spouse, life partner, parent, child or sibling, immediate family member, business partner or associate of the persons specified in 4(a) above;

** A. Rewards customers, who reply to the SMS giving Ackermans marketing permission, will automatically receive R5 or R10 airtime to the email address they registered with to the A.Rewards programme.

** Airtime will be for the network on which their MSISDN is registered. Customers will only qualify once.
** Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

** Ackermans and their delivery agent does not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage and will also not be responsible or liable for any further expenses or fees required for purpose of using, applying or enjoying the prize won in this competition.

** Winners give Ackermans and its authorized agents consent to use their names for publicity purposes, unless refused.

** Ackermans reserves the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against Ackermans and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Ackermans.

** By participating in this competition, you consent to (i) the processing of your personal information by Pep and other companies in the Pepkor group, any of their operators, commercial partners, agents and sub-contractors (who may be outside South Africa) on the condition that they will keep such information confidential;

(ii) the collection of your personal information from any other source to supplement the personal information which Pep has about you;

(iii) the retention of your personal information for as long as permitted for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention and marketing purposes;
