Walter Sisulu University (WSU) was established on 1 July, 2005 in terms of the Higher Education Act No. 101 of 1997, as amended.The new university was named in honour of an icon of the South African liberation struggle, the late Walter Max Ulyate Sisulu who was a close comrade of Nelson Mandela.

WSU is one of most varsities where more people would like to continue and complete their studies to, but the service that we are getting is not enough to satisfy us because majority is looking up to it atleast if we get responses on time. We need help. We call and WhatsApp but, still we don’t get the better assistance yet. WSU needs students to these campuses but, they fail to attend our issues that we raise infront of them, how are we suppose to react on posts when WSU admin don’t alert us by SMS. Good day team of WSU, I wish you can take a moment out of your busy schesuals to give clearity to the questions and comments stated in thi platform because I'm one of the complainants that finds the dispeakable service in all unirversities of WSU at large starting from administration that simply don't care as long as they are present at the office, 1st they dont have telephone menners you'll speak with someone who is having anothe convo at the sametime while you still on call, 2nd they always have no knowledge how to assist will end up giving u list of numbers to call because they not sure which one is correct and never take the time to enquire to their fellow colleagues and get back to you with the helpful info and when you call those numbers you find same african who simply don't care about your problem that you are calling for and will do the same as the previous call recievers please pull up your socks and do what you are meant to do since 2021 I've trying to do a follow up on an application they see it in thier dystem and about 20 times I've emailed the docs to 2 different email addresses yet they can't see them and when I ask which other email I can send to because one I'm given says email address blocked can not recieve messages
