This section is for you to opt out / unsubscribe should you not want to receive marketing communications. Please read the terms and conditions for more information, as we can only opt you out if the details supplied by you is correct.

Terms and Conditions :
1. The Opt Out Registry only refers to Marketing related communications.
2. This Opt Out Registry will allow you to opt out of any communication method, i.e.; Email Address, Cell Number (SMS / MMS), Phone or Postal Mail.
3. You can select (tick) the “checkbox”, Email Address, Cell Number, (SMS / MMS), Phone or Postal Mail if you wish to no longer receive the relevant communication.
4. You may also amend you communication method subscription by updating you online profile on the Website.
5. To ensure opt out, please complete the ID Number Field.
6. Please note that if you have a Purple Cash Card (Rewards Card) and Account Card that you must provide us with the correct Account / Card Number from which you wish to opt out. If you only provide us with your ID Number, you will be opted out of both your Purple Cash Card (Rewards Card) and Edcon Account.
7. You will only be opted out of the chosen communication method and not all; this will be depended on your selection.
8. If you choose or are not sure of your options or the process, you can gladly contact our Customer Care Call Centre on 0800 203 925.
9. If you have opted out of any form of communication method and would like to be reinstated, you can contact our Customer Care Call Centre on 0800 203 925.
10. Please note that if you would like to receive communication via e-mail and you have opted out, you would have to update your online profile on the Website.
11. The opt out will only apply to the relevant website, unless you select all three chains, e.g : Jet, Edgars and Financial Services.
