Nickelodeon’s Kids Choice Awards Family Trip Competition :

1. The “2017 Nickelodeon’s Kids Choice Awards” Family Trip Competition (the “Competition”) is open from 1 February 2017, 12:01am and will close on 28 February 2017 at 23:59pm.

2. The promoter of the Competition is MTV Networks Africa (Pty) Ltd of 1 Saxon Road, Hyde Park, Johannesburg, 2196, Tel: +27 11 4282903 (the “Promoter”).
3. To be eligible to enter, entrants must :
a. be between the ages of 4-15 years old as at 28 February 2017;

b. be resident in one of the following countries:
Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Cape Verde Island, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo, Cote d’lvoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mayotte, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Reunion, Rwanda, Sao Tome & Principe, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, The Gambia, Togo, Zanzibar, Zambia and Zimbabwe

c. possess a valid passport (accompanying family members must also hold a valid passport). Passports must qualify will all requirements under an entrants local law;
d. posses a current US visa, or be eligible to successfully apply for a US visa (accompanying family members must also hold a current US visa or be eligible to successfully apply for a US visa); and
e. be available to travel to the US from 8 March 2017 to 13 March 2017.

Eligibility Requirements :
4. To enter the Competition, entrants must visit the Nickelodeon Africa website on .nickelodeonafrica.com; navigate the website to find the hidden KCA 2017 logo; click on the logo; and answer the following question on the competition microsite “When does the 2017 Kids’ Choice Awards premiere on Nickelodeon and Nicktoons”

5. Once the entrant has filled in further details required on the Competition entry page, including confirmation that their parent/guardian has consented, and that they and their family members possess valid passports, they will be able to submit their entry into the Competition.

6. At the end of the Competition, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all correct entries.
7. The winner will be contacted from 3 March 2017.

8. The following prize will be awarded:
Main Prize : 1 x trip for the winner and 3 of his/her family members to Los Angeles, California, and which includes the following benefits :
1. 4 x return Economy Class tickets to the US
2. 5 nights hotel accommodation in California on a bed and breakfast basis;
3. Exclusive access to the 2017 Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards Show;

4. Nickelodeon Animation Studio Tour;
5. Universal Studios Park Admission; and
6. Per Diem allowance for all 4 traveling family members. US Visa costs covered by the Promoter. All other visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the entrant.

The Prize :
9. The award of the Prize is subject to the consent of the winner’s parent or legal guardian; if consent is not given then the winner will be disqualified.

10. If the winner declines the Prize or is disqualified for failing for comply with any of the Eligibility Requirements or any other reason in the Promoter’s discretion, a further winner will be chosen until the Prize is awarded and accepted.If the winner and/or any one of their chosen accompanying family member’s US visa application is delayed and/or denied for whatever reason, the Promoter shall have the right to disqualify the winner.
