Hit the Books Game Competition Terms & Conditions :

** IQ Academy (Pty) Ltd is conducting a promotional competition called the IQ Academy Hit the Books Game
** All participants, by playing the IQ Academy Hit the Books ; Game and participating in the competition, hosted partly or in whole by IQ Academy, agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

** This competition starts on 6th February 2017 and closes on 30 April 2017 dates may change due to unforeseen reason and will be communicated.

1. Who May Enter :
To participate in this competition :
1.1 You must be a South African citizen or a permanent resident of South Africa with a valid passport or ID
1.2 You must be 18 (eighteen) years and older

2. Prizes :
Entrants stand the chance to win :
2.1 A weekly cash prize lucky draw of R1000 (One thousand Rand) for the top scorer of that week. An entrant may only win the weekly top scorer once during the Promotional Period.
2.2 The grand prize lucky draw at the end of the Promotional Period of R10,000 and a full bursary to study at IQ Academy for the winner or any of his/her family members

3. How to Enter :
3.1 Go to the IQ Academy Facebook page or its website, play the IQ Academy Hit the Books; Game and attempt to achieve the highest score to be eligible for the weekly highest score prize.
3.2 If you are not successful, you may play again as many times as you like, within the Promotional Period.

3.3 To enter the competition, the participant must play the game and complete their details by either of the two options available.
3.4 Player may enter as many times as they wish.

4. Draws and Prize Delivery :
4.1 To be eligible for any prize the contestant must meet the eligibility criteria in 1.1. and 1.2 above
4.2 The weekly top scorer prize is open every week from Monday to Sunday midnight.
4.3 The winner of the top scorer prize will be the contestant who at the close of the weeks competition period has achieved the highest score in the game for that period.

4.4 Should more than one contestant achieve the same top score, the contestant who achieved the score first, will be the winner of the top scorer prize.
4.5 The winning contestant will be contacted within 7 days and arrangement will be made to transfer their prize. The winner will not be eligible to win the remaining weekly top scorer prizes.

4.6 Lucky Draw Prizes :
4.6.1 On the draw Closing Date, a full list of eligible entrants meeting the criteria in clause 1.1, 1.2 and 3.3 above, will be entered into a random draw where 1 (one) entrant will be selected as the winner of the lucky draw prize.

4.6.2 The draw will take place within 10 Business Days of the Closing Date. The winners will be selected by a random system-generated-draw and the draw will be overseen by an independent person in terms of the Consumer Protection Act. The Winner will be notified telephonically within ten (10) days of the draw taking place.

4.6.3 All prizes are not transferable, negotiable or redeemable for any other consideration other than described above.
