The terms and conditions set out below apply to all participants submitting entries for the Share the Love P.S. Promotion, (“the Promotion”) conducted by Mondelez South Africa (Pty) Limited, 13 Harrowdene Office Park, Kelvin Drive Woodmead, Sandton, 2191, Tel: 011 253 4000 (“the Promoter”).

** The Terms and Conditions set out below apply to all participants submitting entries for the Share the Love P.S. Promotion.

How To enter The Competition

** Scan your QR Code on your P.S. bar (only participating bars qualify – see clause 3).

** You will be redirected to the Share the Love with P.S. microsite. Follow the prompts and complete your details to enter the competition.
** You will be added to the draw for the prize specific to the participating P.S. Bar you have used to enter (i.e. there is a unique prize per participating bar – see clause 16).

Terms & Conditions

** Participation in the Promotion constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. All information relating to this Promotion and published on any promotional material will form part of the terms and conditions of entry.

** The Promotion will run from 15 January 2018 to 28 February 2018. No entries received after midnight on the 28th of February 2018 will be accepted.
** Qualifying products include 46g P.S. Caramilk and 46g P.S. Original “I Love You”, “be my bae”, “BIG Hugs” and “You’re AWESOME” bars only.

** Please note that no other Promoter products are eligible for this Promotion, other than those products mentioned above. The qualifying products are subject to availability at time of purchase.
** The Promoter will not be responsible for any non-delivery of entries.

** Entries are capped at a maximum of five (5) entries per qualifying P.S. bar, per person. If more than five (5) entries is received per qualifying P.S. bar, per person, the additional entries will not be entered into the draw.

** A person may not win more than one prize within a 6 (six) month period following the first win, nor shall any member of such person’s family (including, but not limited to, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, in-laws, etc.), friends or acquaintances residing at the same address or on the same property (including communes).

** The Promoter reserves the right to withhold prizes from any such person, and to reclaim any such prize if a breach of this rule is subsequently discovered. This applies to any in-store Mondelez South Africa/Cadbury promotions run in various different participating stores (including, but not limited to Cadbury Dairy Milk Slabs, Cadbury Bars, Cadbury Assortments, etc.).

** Any dispute with number ownership (such as more than one individual claiming to be the owner of the same number – verbally or otherwise) will result in immediate disqualification of both the number and the individuals and no negotiations will be entered into.

** The Promoter is not responsible for any errors, non-deliveries or crossed lines caused by cellular phone service providers or networks and cannot be held liable for any resulting errors or prize misallocations.

** The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Winner without informing the Winner in case such Winner fails to comply with the Promotion’s terms and conditions.

** All terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Republic of South Africa and should a doubt or dispute occur, it will be taken before the courts of Republic of South Africa.
** This Promotion is not applicable in conjunction with any other offers/ promotions offered by the Promoter.

Prizes

Prizes are unique to each participating P.S. Bar as follows :
P.S. “I Love You” bar: A spa, hot air ballooning and stay package for 2 people, up to the value of R30,000.

P.S. “be my bae” bar: An iPhone X, Data & Accessories for 2 people, up to the value of R56,300.00

P.S. “BIG Hugs” bar: A shopping spree including a lady’s makeover OR men’s styling session for 2 people, up to the value of R45 000.00

P.S. “You’re AWESOME” bar: An epic ‘You’re AWESOME’ party for you and your friends up to the value of R50,000.

** The prize winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries and contacted via telephone (using the cellular number provided in the entry). Winners will be announced within 7 working days of the draw date. All 4 winners will be drawn on 2 March 2018. Should unforeseen circumstances prevent the draw from taking place on the set draw date; the draw will be moved to the next available date.

** The Promoters decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Should the winner not be contactable telephonically within 48 hours, the prize will be transferred to the next randomly selected entry.

The following terms apply to the spa, hot air ballooning and stay package :
** The package is a self-drive package for 2 adults and includes a spa experience, hot air ballooning and accommodation based on 1 of 10 set packages provided (no adjustments to these packages or their inclusions will be allowed). The winner will be provided with the list of package options upon confirmation of winning and is to choose 1 of the provided packages. No customised packages or specially requested venues will be accommodated.

Should the winner be based further than 250km’s from the closest venue, an alternative venue with set inclusions will be supplied. Should the new venue be further than 200km’s from the closest hot air ballooning supplier, the booking agent will recommend a replacement activity of similar value. All packages are subject to the package fitting into the R30 000 prize budget.

Any unforeseen price increases with venues/suppliers will result in a package being adjusted accordingly to fit within the budget (for example some items may be removed from the inclusions). School holidays and peak season dates are subject to availability and may be excluded if the dates cause the package to exceed the prize budget. Packages subject to seasonal adjustments, currency fluctuations, and accommodation/activity availability at the time of booking.

The following terms apply to the iPhone X, Data & Accessories for 2 prize :
** The prize includes 2 x Apple iPhone X 64GB devices, micro sims, 1GB of data each and a R1000 iStore voucher each.

** The prize will be delivered to the winner’s preferred residential or work address (within major cities) within 4 – 6 weeks from receiving requested documentation. The immediate costs (such as the cost of the prize and delivery) shall be covered by the promoter, upon delivery any further costs will pass to the winner (this includes but is not limited to insurance of the prize, maintenance, or replacement) as well as the running costs (such as airtime and data). Any risks in relation to the prize will pass to the winner once delivered.

** The promoter is not responsible for any undelivered prizes due to any incorrect details being provided by the winner with regards to their preferred delivery address or being unavailable to sign for their prize. The promoter will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged prizes once the winner has signed for their prize.

** The prizes are based on set preselected models/gift card/voucher types – winners are not able to choose the model/features/specifications/colour of the prize/s and will accept the prize as is at their own risk. Promotional images are merely a representation of the prize and the actual prize may vary. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes for a different model/brand/gift card/voucher of similar value.

** The Apple iPhone X 64GB device is based on special release dates and therefore subject to waiting periods due to availability.

The following terms apply to the ‘You’re AWESOME’ party package :
Winners may choose from one (1) of the below package types :
** An Awesome Restaurant Party for up to 20 people
** An Awesome House Party for up to 20 people
** An Awesome Night on the Town for up to 10 people
** The winner will be provided with the above 3 package types, detailing the inclusions per package, from which the winner is to choose 1 package.

** The winner is to provide 3 separate booking date possibilities within 2 weeks of the initial winner phone call so that availability may be checked. Should the desired dates be unavailable the winner is to provide 3 new dates until a booking can be confirmed. The prize value shall not be increased, and should the preferred booking dates exceed the prize budget, alternative dates will be requested.

** All inclusions are subject to availability at the time of booking and within the winner’s location/region. Should an item/inclusion be unavailable within proximity (1 hour’s drive) of the winner’s residential address, it will be replaced by an item of similar value.

** Inclusions will vary per package, per winner and per location. Items may be customised within the chosen package type parameters/inclusions. The party must be held within 1 hour of the winner’s residential address if hosted at a public venue/restaurant. The winner/guardian will be required to sign a form taking responsibility for any hired items or décor which needs to be returned in the original condition to the supplier. Packages based on set supplier/venue usage only – approval of specially requested suppliers/venues are at the booking agent’s discretion and may be rejected.
