1. I am a disappointed customer. I bought 3 pizzas from Eldorado Park Deboinairs. We waited more than a hour in store but took the risk anyway, when pizza arrived the cheese was off and dough was still raw (or) unbaked. I do have the pictures and slip phoned the manager and she told me, they having a problem with the cheese. I had a terrible diarrhea throughout the night, how do Debonairs correct this we pay for such service.

2. I am from Tongaat and I ordered pizza at 17:15. I waited one hour forty five minutes for a delivery. I contacted them at 18:55 and I was told that the delivered will be delivered ‘in any moment’. I waited and waited. I called again and I was told that the manager would call me but I did not receive and courtesy call. I am launching this complaint and its 21:45. I am still waiting for a delivery. The inconvenienced caused is unbelievable. I have an elderly person at home that needed to eat. No one called me back regarding the delivery. I think that was unprofessional and very selfish.

3. I ordered a Pizza online at Lambton Debonairs and even paid online. I didn’t receive the order and the following morning I went to them and was told by the manager that it was already late so, they couldn’t deliver so they will reverse my money and it will reflect within 5 working days. After a week, went back and the manager told me it was reversed but I even showed her my bank statement that it wasn’t. She told me she will look on to it. 4 days later, I went back and found a different manager telling me I should wait for the other one as I didn’t report to her. We argued until She started the process from scratch again. Now I must wait for another 5 working days again.

    I had placed a phone call order at Debonairs (Maponya Mall) which was ordered at 16:58 so the order arrived after 2 hours when I had cancelled the order after trying to contact the Maponya Mall branch to check how far my food was but no one answered my calls within the 2 hour period I was waiting.

    So I then ordered with Meadow poing Debonairs right which gave me great service, so now the Maponya delivery comes after 2 hours of me ordering and waiting hearing no feedback at all about my order.
    I wasn’t aware it was the Maponya order I had ordered on the telephone or the app since I wasn’t getting any feedback regarding my order the driver only explains by coming back to me after I had received the Meadow point order he noticed that I didn’t make the payment after I showed him I had paid with details showing that I paid for Meadow point and not Maponya mall so now I had to take back the 2 filled hot triple Decker’s from Meadow point to Maponya Mall which were filling and great quality unlike the cold dry pizza I got from Maponya mall I got after 2 hours of no communication.
    I’m really not happy about all this can this issue be resolved as I’ll provide screenshots below as a unhappy customer!!!

    I live in Springfield. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza which came only came with 7 pepperonis and u have to pay for extra cheese .This is ridiculous 🙄

    I am so disappointed at Debonairs kagiso I ordered pizza at 19h00 and the scooter arrived at 21h40.I tried to call them 5 times doing follow up but a lady called tumi was just laughing instead of apologizing for the delay.You guys need to be trained for customer service.

    I was at Sam ntuli mall I have received a worst service ever I have waited for my order for more than 1 hour when I try to ask the lady just shouted at my by the time I receive my order it was very cold..the lady was wearing so many earrings without a name badge your service is very poor guys

    I was served contaminated pizza. Spent the whole week on death bed lost so much money on my small black businesses. I went there (Debonairs Thorntree Shopping Plaza) sincerely opened up and explain my conditions and I was taken for a ride.

    I was served contaminated pizza. The very same night I had it I got sick horribly so, I woke up even worse I couldn’t carry myself anywhere, took me a bowl of black poo to notice that it’s bad, I went to get medical attention three times a week seeing no changes that was then I was diagnosed with Acute Gastroenteritis.
    On the day I went there to report the matter to the management I was taken to the office at the back of the front desk and kitchen I was not surprised I was sick pizzas were left there unattended. Flys are everywhere even on the cleanest places, what about the kitchen that has greases and food on the floor and yet our pizzas are left on the table no one is giving them attention or looking out for Flys that come have a piece before the rightful owner. I went to the office they told my about the food chain and suppliers and load shedding and bulk stocking about Ramaphosa and a whole lot which I don’t know them I can’t get reach of them all I know there is debonairs i bought at debonairs and debonairs pizza is the first and last thing i ate and all the pizza i saw there not covered then they asked for my desired outcome, while I was sick and getting treated some of my businesses had to pause that’s losing money, other of my business that can’t pause no matter the circumstances I had to hire people to continue with them (helping children with homeworks and tutoring them on the subjects they’re struggling with, making lunches and cleaning up, and transporting these kids back home) I had to hire people of each department unplanned plus medical expenses and travels to medical professions. I explained that to Chris one in the management department and made me believe that he sympathize and understand what is like for a small black business youth member to lose a rand but I was wrong I forwarded all the details and email application for reimbursement and attachments of medical expenses. Chris never looked my direction ever since I left his office, passing those lonely pizza till today he never replied back, contacted me or did anything since I came crying carrying all my tablets with me in the meeting held.

    So very disappointed,bought x03 triple decker meals for 79.90 at letsoho shopping center katlehong,none of the pizzas where eat eatable they where all burnt and as for ingredients I understood they reported that mushrooms where finished but the chicken I can say it was not even there even took pictures n since was in a road trip jst couldn’t take them back. I took pictures n made a vedio for that matter.

    i ordered pizzas in lemon mall bloemfontein yesterday around 14:10pm it came around 18:45pm and only to finds out that the pizza wasnt good it seems like we were poisoned here at home cz all of my family was vomiting and having stomach cramps running stomach I need to sue them emmerdiately..

    I honestly do not understand why debonairs verulam doesn’t have mushrooms for over 2 weeks and the cashier who served me this time doesn’t have any customer service experience and this has to be my last time any of my relatives or my family come here

    Debonaires lesotho maseru Nrh, its not satisfactory at all. They are using different spices from the original debonairs pizza franchise, if it gets you intime i have a slice from them

    Poor quality and bad customer service
    Yesterday 25.09.22 I placed an order at Westgate Mall Mitchell’s Plain. After waiting over 2 hours for my order it arrived cold. I ordered 2 pizzas the one pizza’s crust was so hard if you want to take slice you remove with pizza with the cardboard.Second was so tasteless and with practically no base. The base was paper thin. I contacted the branch immediately and spoke to the manager on duty. Who gave me as the customer a mouthful. She immediately started to apologise and told me she was unable to accommodate me with a replacement pizza etc. She didn’t even asked if I ate the whole thing she just assumed. She even told me that customers lie about their complaints hence why they don’t refund pizzas etc. They have a policy internally that once a customer eats from the pizza they are not allowed to entertain the complain. I asked her was this was explain to the customers or on the slip she said no. Its not disclose to the customers only applied once they complain. I find this policy and way to a resolution very sneaky. A shop doesn’t fail to inform you about their return policies. Allow you to purchase stuff and only on your return all of a sudden have policies in place that only apply internally. You intentionally don’t tell the customers because you were instructed by management to do so according to the branch manager. I felt offended yesterday as she generalised me of indirectly being dishonest of my genuine concern. This type of behaviour is unbecoming. You don’t tell a customer and other complaints and then indirectly accusing them of lying because people did it in the past. I’m not people

    I am very disappointed and appalled by the service I received from Debonairs Pizza Mankweng Paledi Mall. I ordered a BEEFY BILIONAIRE pizza which was purported to have steak strips all over. To my surprise, the pizza arrived with minimal steak strips and no mushrooms as per the product description.
    I called the customer careline and explained my situation, they promised to help same day. They then informed the franchise owners who then contacted me to apologise. I was then offered a new pizza but I specifically requested that it should not be the same pizza. I asked for Hawaiian Cram-crust. I was then told I will be charged extra even though the value is lower than what I initially ordered. Poor service.

    Ordered a crammed triple decker pizza from Debonairs [Northcrest, Caltex in Umtata], and it was delivered in approximately 45 minutes as promised.
    Just to be clear -I never had issues with debonairs’ services. However this time around the pizza that was delivered was not just stale tasting its second layer crust was covered in fungi and mould.

    I don’t think I can trust Debonairs after this cruel service.
    Seemingly, some of the pizzas that end up not being purchased, collected or delivered are left there, get spoilt and discarded of to the ignorant customer💔.

    This is pure insanity and so unhygienic.

    I’m very disappointed with an order I placed online and purchased from palm springs mall.
    The order arrived late and the pizza had just sweet chili sauce and no chicken. It had just cheese. It is not something I could eat. It was not done well. Please assist I spent close R230 on something I can’t eat

    I was really dissapointed when i ordered the triple deçker crammed crust pizza last night from Debonairs Musgrave 08.05 at 18.30pm. Only to realise that the store is not a halaal store.i paid over R220.00 and eventually had to give the pizza away due to it not beibg halaal..

    Debonair pizza comaro crossing you guys are annoying, I just ordered a creamy chicken tikka pizza when I got the pizza it was cold,no chicken, no cheese even though I paid for extra cheese. They filled my pizza with tomato and Tikka sauce I couldn’t even eat it because the sauce was too much and disgusting.this isn’t the first time you guys are doing this it’s really annoying that I will wait for almost 1hour just for you guys to deliver nonsense to me. It’s not fair I wish I could send the video for you guys to see it.❌❌❌ you people should try and do better

    Debonairs Springs Express (CBD Springs) Takes 30 minutes for one small pizza! Ridiculous! Need more staff. Too many beggars approaching customers in shop. Very annoying. Wed 6th April arrived 1 pm. – left shop at 1.30 pm

      Staff at Debonairs Tshwane Mall are ill disciplined and have no Customer care skills at all. I ordered Get To Togather to the value of R389.90. I waited for 3 hours for the delivery to no avail. Everytime I phoned to query my order I was told it was on the way to be delivered. I will never order or eat Debonairs pizza again in my life. I will try other brands!!!
